I was skeptical because I have tried a few of these cash apps but loving how easy this is.
Cashing out for gift card was easy and received gift code immediately.
Everything has gone great through the initial transactions. Even the error tickets were resolved in an impressive amount of time.
It is difficult to understand the pending rewards. It needs to be simpler when pending then when rewarded. I still have pending claims and I'm unsure if I was credited. Once rewarded maybe it should be checked or highlighted so I can see I got the credit.
You get introduced to new games, rate then and get paid. What isn't there to love? For example, I never knew I loved bingo so much until it was an option to play.
It's not easy to withdraw, then you get charged! Question is for what? The none human "chat with me" isn't the best
The first couple levels were very easy and rewards were issued almost immediately. I then noticed as I was progressing in my game that the rewards were not being awarded. I had to open tickets which I found the process to be rather difficult and confusing in order to find out why and to have them reviewed. Most were approved but a couple were denied. There's a very generic explanation as to why with about five different reasons listed. My bigger concern and issue is with the multi-level in-game app purchases. I have spent hundreds of dollars on the Klondike app going through free cash and it keeps saying spend 38 more dollars and earn $20 in rewards. I don't see any way to put a ticket in to get this issue addressed or resolved. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone. As I said, the rewards do not get paid out without difficulties and it is impossible to reach someone from customer support.

Whenever ive tried to use the money ensuring what im trying to buy is within the amount in the card, i keep being told the information is invalid even though i have made sure evey number is correct

I love being able to discover new, fun games while getting paid at the same time! It's so easy to get started and earn enough to make your first withdrawal. My only issue is when I reached higher paying rewards, I was not compensated. I submitted a help ticket, but it's been 3 days and i still have yet to hear anything.

It really does pay cash to play. My first payout was a $25 amazon card and it worked just as if I bought the card at the store. 5 stars 🤩
Was not sure about this app, downloaded it, 12 days later I had earned about $150 from games and surveys. Went to cash out $50, digital gift card was sent right away and was able to use it with no problems whatsoever. To me, the games are better money, the surveys are sometimes hard to get accepted into. Overall, you will not get rich but you can earn some extra spending money pretty easily. I highly recommend this site. Good Luck!
Surveys always says no match and gives me only 5 coins each. Is disapointing me cause it seams like i dont qualify for the surveys as soon as i say im a white woman from canada. Should i be black?
I've cashed out to PayPal with a fee which i don't think is right.
Now I can't release the money from PayPal and they want to charge me so I'm very disappointed to say the least.

Tine limits are nice but some seem a little to short since some of the games require lots of grinding and a lot of people don't have that type of time to constantly grind. Cashout was quick and easy love that.
I love this app. I have been playing on it for about6 months and have cashed out over200 dolars. Cashout is easy and very fast.
I completed an offer within my time frame, showed them proof I completed it within the time frame, yet they refuse to give me my earned rewards

Sucks because couple of the offers were great, but then multiple offers are not paid out, you show proof and they still rejected and never get back to you when they say they're going to. It's not worth a headache at all.

Only tried a few games and was cheated out of money constantly, rewards were not granted or tracked properly and the ones that were they cut the amount you were getting paid by 50% before you cashed out also had an online chat with a rep and sent screenshots but it still wasn't rectified. One was for reaching level 20 in four days which I did in three days and it didn't register, they said I'd reached the goal but after the deadline. I got notifications on the day I'd downloaded the app and another on the fourth day telling me I'd missed the four day deadline. Cashed out and deleted the app. Waste of my time!
