I used Freelancer for a rush PowerPoint. The deadline was crucial. With no ability on this site to talk or email my consultant would just disappear after 2:00 with promises to get right back to me. The job was late and the team disappointed. Freelancer sent a "no reply " message stating I would only pay half and then charged my card the full amount. I tried to contaact the support line as it is the only way to contact and there are no agents available. I had to call my cc company to reverse the charge and still waiting. No communication on this site to resolve issues.
On my preferred freelancer interview Mr. Johnny take care of all things and elaborate all terms and conditions thank you once again.

Anyhow after all that confusion and wondering and all, my case was solved by the great experience with customer support where it was handled so fast by Magenta S.
Actually after showing me all the process explained detailed and in short about my free trial service and starting the membership, not just that also she made me more understanding my rights and benifits of the Plus subsription and even showing me of cont or stopping this service. Honestly the service of fast attending, answering, convincing made me more attched to Freelancer.com and I do not think that I will stop my membership now.
