Easy to find what I wanted on the website. Ordering was simple but I did think the shipping costs were high. Installation was easy and I had no problems after that.
With the restocking fees, the shipping and insurance required it was kike paying for the item twice. I decided to keep the item an NEVER do business with them again.
FWS is my go to source for hard to find water parts to keep our filtration and instal-hot units working smoothly.

Everything was fine, ordered online and got the light within a week. Only problem was the glass tube that came with the light was broken. It was not in the bubble wrap with the light. Broken at both ends. I Just cleans the glass tube I had in the system already.
Well worth the price will save a lot on the replaceable filters and will allow me to go to a 50 micron after the spin down filter.

I ordered the equipment and it came on time and I was thrilled however I ordered the wrong piece and there was no return address so as of right now I'm stuck with the wrong piece I'm not sure what to do, any suggestions?
Ordered a ts brass repair kit and it came in a few days. My spray nozzle was leaking and the kit put it back to normal. Very good company to order from
Products were received very quickly. When found to be damaged through the fault of FedEx not Freshwater Systems, they none-the-less replaced them with new ones. And they had by far the best price as well!
Should note that the threads on the bottom are not as common, 7/16 UNS if I recall correctly. Check the specs. It comes with a compression fitting but it fits a bit loose. Purchased a specific adapter via Amazon. No leaks.
Finish is good. Spout feels flimsy and a bit loose where it mounts to the valve assembly. Price is very reasonable which likely accounts for the less solid feel of the spout. Will see how it does over time.

The order was expanded to include filters and some additional items and the elbows I needed right away. Instead of using the free shipping offer, I paid the additional amount to have the order shipped quicker. It did arrive in 2 or 3 days, but the elbows that I really needed to return the customer's unit to service had been left out of the shipment. After a phone call, the needed parts arrived a few days later. Should have used the free shipping?

Well I put the new filter and the water dispenser still doesn't work
Calcite worked perfectly in my home's water treatment system and was much cheaper than the competition. I wish the shipping charges weren't so high though.
A few weeks ago I purchased a replacement UV bulb and sleeve kit. Two weeks later I received an email mail saying that it was time to purchase a replacement - suggests there was a communications miss at FreshwaterSystems.
I was also somewhat disappointed that new o-rings and spring were NOT included in the kit this year - last year's kit had all of those items. Otherwise the service was excellent.
