The produce and install seem very professional. Overall, I am very happy with what I received. The only issue was that it was very difficult to match up what windows and designs would go with what doors in the materials we received. It took several weeks to get that all straight in order to be able to order the garage door. But now that it is installed, it looks great and I am happy with the door and installation.
When I called about a problem in the middle of a snowy winter, I was able to get someone to come out the very next day. A problem with the electric eye was identified and repaired quickly. I was very happy with the service. The only negative is that I thought the $150 service charge was a bit high. This is the same company that replaced the garage door about 5 years ago and we were extremely happy with that job. This is the first time that anything needed a repair. This company does excellent work.

Jim came to our house to give an estimate within a couple of days after contacting Home Advisor. The garage door was installed within a few days after that. I would recommend Garage Door Service and Repair, Inc.
Met with James. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. The Haas doors have higher R values and are built better. Price of the higher quality Haas doors was competitive with quotes for doors of lesser quality from other vendors. Highly recommend James and Haas.
The cable broke on our garage door in the morning and my husband was unable to get his car out of the garage. He called Garage Door Service & Repair and the owner was out by the end of the day to fix the cable.
I have been fed up with all car and garage related services for a while I'll be honest. These guys are something else though. Fast, friendly, not trying to get more cash out of you than necessary. Just great overall. Satisfied.
I had one of my garage door torsion springs go out and GDS was able to get out for a service next day, complete all repairs and save me money over other providers that bid on the service. I would highly recommend GDS to averyone.

The service was outstanding from the initial phone call, the service technician, and the work done. There was no pressure or upselling just good advice for ongoing maintenance. I would recommend them for all your garage door needs.
Great customer service, very friendly fast service. Replaced broken coils on garage door, he also informed us to oil the tracks once a yesr, he did this for us while he was here, he also said he would notify us one a year for us to take care of the yearly maintenance
