I was very skeptical about this site but I love it! I love how you only pay like 30 percent and you can pay the rest after its complete. You keep in touch with your account manager and are getting updates! If your unsatisfied they refund you. It's overall a really great site. I was failing two classes and loaded with work now I'm passing both classes and no longer stressed. Worth the money!

I am currently taking a financial course. They have failed my past exam and only refunded my account half. From a professional stand point if you don't complete the task you provide great customer service and grant a full refund for failing. I am so disappointed this is the way they deal with a loyal customer. I wish i could say valuable but obviously i am not.

The deadline for my assignment was not met, despite extending it two times as per the account manager requests. I was not able to turn that part of the assignment in, hopefully I will still get a passing score based on the questions I answered myself. Not a reliable service in my opinion, no heads up or notice that there were going to be unable to do their part, besides asking for time extensions that ultimately were not met. I'm working on getting a refund of the deposit paid, hopefully they'll honor that. I will wait the 5 business days.

Whoever did the assignment was great but the website itself kept trying to get more money out of me when it wasn't that much. Definitely expensive and try's to get as much out of you as possible but it is effective
