Don't trust Gemini! I tried to send crypto but they put a security hold on my account. I jumped through every hoop and sent proof that this is my account multiple times like they requested and they still won't release the hold on MY money! Don't let Gemini steal your money too!

In august 2023 my account was frozed and i was denied access for reason i am still unaware communion, with va zer, trail lead 2 getting my customary dues. I dont advise the use of gemini as your platform.

I am totally disappointed about this cypto business, I tought they were legit but Its BSS! Do not attend to this website, customer service dont even know what are they doing on there, a waste of money and time. I did some research first and then I got an ads recommendation for this website and instantly put my faith on it and all my money now im broke.

Absolutely the worst bitcoin platform I have encountered. I recently opened an account with Gemini, and luckily I wanted to see how my experience with Gemini. Shortly after I could not log in. I received a splash screen saying " your account has been frozen" one week has passed and I've messaged Gemini support, as they do not even have a phone number anywhere, and to date no explanation why my account was frozen and I cannot access my funds. Gemini support refuses to give me a simple explanation as to why is going on. And this week was extremely important in the markets. Now I wonder if I'll even get the money I deposited back. DO NIT GIVE GEMINI YOUR MONEY, may as well just hand it to a stranger you cannot contact.
