I've bought parts for my refrigerator and my dishwasher. Both were OEM parts of good quality and shipping was very prompt and fast. I have been very happy ordering from them.

I loved the the website and how it helped me find excatly what I needed, instead of guessing based on pictures. The ice bin fits but not a precisely as the old one. Nonetheless, it works.
I guess you shouldn't be mad that a company processes their orders quickly but when you place and order and cancel it with in a hour you would think they would simple pull the order and not ship it. When they do ship it you think the return and refund process should pre pretty straight forward but it wasn't. I didn't expect to be refunded the shipping since they indeed did ship the product to me but to be charged a restocking fee for a order that shouldn't even have been shipped is just bad business.
I ordered a freezer door gasket which came promptly and was exactly what I needed and expected. The item did not come with directions but a How-To youtube video was available and showed exactly how to replace the gasket
After I lost $83.88 to this company I wrote a BBB complaint, only to discover this is very common problem with this company. I ordered my LED light by part number on 6/15/20, I received the wrong LED the next day. I attempted to call, chat and email and all were invalid. I returned the part via UPS to the address on the box. They contacted me to request a good review and after several emails they still refuse to refund my money. They received the returned part the next day. I have promised to never bother them with an order again but they still will not give my money back. Now I have no light and no $80. It seems this company does not do refunds for anyone.
Ordered parts per all the descriptions and part numbers for my model refrigerator and the bins came and didn't fit (different latch) and they were smaller than original part. I had to send pictures to them regarding the parts and when I got the OK to return parts I had to send them UPS that cost $48.00. I was in communication via email letting them know the parts were returned and then I noticed they weren't going to refund the total amount of my purchase and in addition charged a re-stocking fee. End of the day I ended up spending an additional $69.00 between shipping fees and restocking and have nothing to show for it. Beware.
Trying to fix it myself. The park is great it was original. But the problem happens to be something else that I called the repair tech that he doesn't even know what the problem is. But buying this part was easy and the company was great to work with and shipped it fast.
I bought a glass touch control 6/22/17 for my GE gas stove, on arrival the technician say right away it is the wrong part. I call and they approve a return and only to hear that their warehouse say that the parts is use. We never try or never install the parts because it is he wrong part is wouldn't solve the problem. Up to now almost a year they wont return my money and they also have the parts.
I ordered a replacment ice maker for my refrigerator. It came, but the unit was used, dirty, full of dust, mold and debris. I tried to return it, but they kept saying they don't sell used parts, and I had to tell them the part number of the item. I gave them pictures of every angle of the ice maker possible, including the only sticker on the item with a part number. They kept refusing the return. This is a scam.
I had ordered a replacement part for my refrigerator a few weeks ago. I received the part today and realized that I ordered the wrong item. I called customer service and spoke with Kristin. She helped me find the right part... she was amazing... friendly and helpful!
I ordered on July 21st - received email that it shipped - would receive on 27th - next email said I would received on 29th - checked tracking and it hasn't even left California yet on the 29th. Not happy at all. In 8 days my purchase hasn't even left the state, but I get an email asking for me to review my item.
Finally received it on August 4th in the worst condition I've ever seen a package. I did not even have to cut a piece of packing tape because there was nothing holding the package together.
How disrespectful! I spend my hard earned money on these products - pay a terrible amount for shipping - and this company doesn't even have the decency to pack the item so that it arrives at my home in good condition.
Unbelievable.

The part was going to cost us majorly to go through the repairman, but Genuine Replacement Parts had this part in stock, it was exactly what we needed and for a fraction of the price. Shipping was fast too.

I purchased a replacement door bin (plus a spare) for my Cafe refrigerator when I noticed one was cracked. It was easy-peasy: looked up parts for my particular model from the number inside the fridge and ordered. They fit perfectly and match exactly, down to the silver stripe on the white plastic insert. I couldn't be happier.
I ordered a replacement coil for my Jenn-Arie range. When I installed it, it started to smoke and spark. I immediately shut off the oven and sent an email explaining what happened. They sent me a new replacement. When my coil first went out, I scheduled a tech to come fix it but it was going to cost $109.00 just for the Sears tech to come out and it would be three weeks. So I planned to get the part and cancel the tech appointment. When the new element seemed faulty, I let him come on out. He said I got grease from my fingers on the coil and that caused the smoke and sizzling. When that burned off, the coil worked fine. GRP let me keep the second coil and asked no pay even though I offered. They were good to answer my emails quickly through the whole episode. I do recommend them!
It was very easy to find the part I needed for my refrigerator on the website based on the info inside the door. Less than five minutes I had found it, ordered it and paid. And, it arrived very quickly. The part cost less than I expected and shipping cost was reasonable. Overall a great experience!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They advertise parts and send you something completely different. When I contacted them the refused to refund me unless I sent the part (that I didn't order) back at a huge cost. They are scammers. The police are now involved.

I've NEVER ordered anything online one morning and it arrived the next morning without costing me dearly, and other company shipments never arrived on time or never got it. I didn't have to pay shipping and got my part the very next morning, I'm 44 and never been this impressed by any other business! THANK YOU! I will definitely order all my parts through your company!
Although the product was exactly what i ordered, their packaging was awful. They used an oversize box to ship a microwave door and the only "packaging material" they used was paper. The box arrived opened and torn since the door didn't quite fit in the box.
