I ordered a part for the dishwasher. The price was about 10%-30% lower than everywhere else I looked. The website worked well and the checkout was easy. The part showed up much faster than I expected and by the weekend, the dishwasher was fixed. Overall, would use this again.
I will order from again if I need any parts they may have. The price was good compared to most I looked at shipping price was just as much as any other I looked at and it got to me within 24 hours from the time I ordered it.
Fast & easy. Took less than 5 min. To order. It is a dryer motor and I replaced it the same day I received it. It fit perfectly. Started it up and was amazed at how quiet and fast it started the load of laundry.
As I wrote in an email, what I received included a damaged part. Luckily the part from the unit I was replacing fit and I could make do. Still, it was unsatisfactory that a damaged unit was shipped. Customer Service did offer to replace the whole unit. But that would be too much trouble since i'fd already installed it.
The part was genuine and was one of the lower prices I could find. There were a couple that were lower, but they were out of stock. I would like the ability to return the item if I opened the package, but found it was the wrong part.
Your site has been hacked. About an hour after ordering I received a scareware email demanding a 2000 bitcoin ransom.
The email included a significant amount of the unique password I made up as part of my first order. In abundant caution I changed my password. I must admit it has made me hesitate in making this second order.
You show 1 day shipping and I hope that is true or my recommendation of this site will be negative. UPDATE: item arrived within 2 days so surprised it arrived well ahead of what time I thought it would take.
Your part numbers need a lot to be desired. Also, looking up by model numbers all numbers are not listed. I had to go to the manufactures site to get a part number. Why can't I submit the manufacture's name model or part number and go right to the parts lists? Tell me why or how to do it on your site.
Overall, the experience was positive. It was easy to order, the order arrived in a timely matter and the product was what I ordered. However, the product was not quite an exact fit but I was able to make it work. This is not the fault of Genuine Replacement Parts, but rather just a lack of having the original KitchenAid part from the manufacturer. The part has been redesigned and replaced with a Whirlpool part (from the same parent company).

After researching a good place to buy this replacement bake element, I selected epartsasap because of the good price they offered and the good reviews they had. I ordered the part I needed and received a confirmation email. Later that day, I received ANOTHER email cancelling my order and saying that the part actually cost nearly double what I had paid and that I would need to reorder at the new price. I was able to find the item elsewhere for the original price so did not reorder, and was pretty taken aback at the customer service I received. If you have a price listed on your website and you allow people to order the item at the listed price, you should honor it! Not cancel and tell them to reorder at a new price. I felt like they should have apologized for their mistake, fixed the website, and shipped me the item I had ordered at the price I had ordered at. Not impressed and would not use again.
We ordered the part on Monday and received the part on Wednesday. Washer was repaired and running within an hour of receiving the part. Price was the best we saw on the internet. Repair man wanted 328.00 to repair and my husband fixed it with your part for 60.00. We will continue to use your business!
Easy to find the part, will have a final opinion once I receive the part and it works. I have received the part. I ordered it to repair a dryer at my vacation home and it will not be installed until the middle of July. Hopefully everything will work out as well as the purchase.
Quick processing, however no confirmation or notification of shipment were received via email. Compatible part was shipped vs what was ordered with no notification. UPS claimed Wednesday shipment however was not received until Thursday.
So far it has been quick and easy. I reserve my final opinion and star for the final delivery of my purchase.
Unfortunately my product arrived damaged and unusable. I am now in the process of RMA incident *******. So suffice to say, my product did not really arrive here on time.

I wanted to cancel an order that I placed just 5 minutes after i placed it due to it being th wrong model number and i ordered the correct one after...could not get anyone on the line to do this and they never contacted me back...also they sent me the one I cancelled and cancelled the one I wanted
