Using GetDivorcePapers.com was a great decision. The forms were easy to fill out, and I appreciated the clear and concise instructions. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs to file for divorce.

First off the price was not what they claimed it would be. There are extra fees to have papers shipped, to expedite review of forms. Secondly, They were not helpful when I had questions. The forms were not filled in correctly even though I had input my information correctly. It took weeks just to even get my forms ready to ship even though I paid for expedited review. I had to call and talk to multiple people multiple times to get anything done. As far as shipping out my paperwork, I had to request multiple times as each time they never had a record of me requesting form to be shipped. Not worth the money. There are other sites, use those.

No one wants to go through this but having to do so this was a very detailed and simple process. I also had questions and called and wishing minutes I was talking to a real person who was more than happy to help me. Thank you for your services.

This service is advertised as being $139. It was not. In total I spent $369. This service is advertised as making your paperwork and filing easier. It has been anything but. Whoever did my forms made a bunch of mistakes and filled them out wrong. When I email no one gets back to me. When I have called, which is several times. It either says the call center is closed(I leave a voicemail no one gets back to me) or it says I'm first in line but I'm on hold forever…then when someone does answer they have horrible customer service, they're rude, and will put me on hold while I'm in the middle of a sentence without saying anything, they are not helpful and keep telling me I just need to email. I tried to go back in to fix the errors on the paperwork and it wouldn't save the changes, it would just reset back to what they had it put in as. This service is such a scam.

I paid their upfront fees and paid for expedited papers, then no papers arrive and with that they then proceed to charge another $39.95 for a monthly subscription that I never wanted. Phoned them up the day before they charged me and they promised it wont go thru. GUESS what they charged my card and then today said they will not refund and to top it off when I download the forms they were out of date for Georgia.
