This company should be outlawed. I can't believe they allow this kind of companies to operate without any regard to us the customers. This little Wi-Fi machine that they have is a piece of s*** it didn't work anywhere there was no service anywhere when I travel throughout Europe and Asia battery life is very very short and I had no service and no internet service ever do not buy this it's a scam if you don't believe me throw away your money...! It is made by a little company in Lithuania and when you want to return the item the shipping cost more than twice the price of the device so they give you 50% and let you keep the product the product is not worth 0.5%

This product claimed to work in 110 countries when I bought it in January, including Antigua and Barbuda. Well I traveled to Antigua on January 30th and stayed until March 1st. The product didn't work, not once, not in the city not in the country. Now I checked the website upon my return, now it says it works in 38 countries. It did work in Canada before I left so maybe it works in countries like the USA, CANADA and places in EUROPE. I cannot recommend it for travel to places like the Caribbean. The hype is a SCAM, beware of your expectations.

I had it and cancelled it and they still charged my account, i had two devices on att and this ran real slow and dropped the conecton

This company is in Lithuania and they don't tell you if you return their product you have to pay the shipping cost that are very high because its in another country. They also won't let you return if the package was opened even if you didn't use it. Now if you do these things you will spend another hour trying to get a return label and that's after you finally get through to them. Don't buy from this company.

The 4G Hotspot device is over priced next to Net10 Moxee at about $35.

This was a great buy. On trips, I connect surprisingly easily, connecting through a website or whatever method the provider uses. The connection sticks; I don't find myself having to reconnect. At home I repurpose it as an additional wireless access point.

Everyone in the family is using this router, may it be in school or at any outdoor activity. It works and provides internet at a very reasonable speed. Highly recommend this!

This little tool has us very impressed. We had no experience with a language translator before, so we were unsure what to expect. Once spending a few minutes with the instruction booklet, the operation was straight forward. We gave it try using French and Japanese, it performed well. Poliglu's an impressive pocket-sized machine.

A student here that needs internet all the time so I decided to get a back up like Ryoko. Speed it emits is fair, reasonable for a wireless internet. It adds up to my sense of peace that I have this option. Thanks, Ryoko.

Giving this 5 stars. I am a frequent traveler and realized I'd be more comfortable having my internet route through my home network rather than being completely visible to every hotel I stay at. I bought this device specifically to connect to my laptop and mobile and it works great.

A year ago, I gave this as a gift to my husband who's work is more into travelling almost everywhere in the world. He loved it and uses it often and says he is satisfied with its quality and performance. Glad to take this recommended brand.

The signal strength is great for such a small dongle. I've been using this almost everyday since I purchased and it's the best! It has fast internet, downloads are great too...I'm happy with this product. Though there may be times when I've had some minor issues, like password or connecting problems, their customer service was quick to help every time, and within mins I got answers. Reliable and recommendable!

All you need to do is push the button and wait a few seconds and you have an alternative WiFi source for your mobile device. It worked great, battery life is good and I strongly recommend this on your travels.

Due to my busy work schedule, I wanted a convenient way to stay connected all the time especially when traveling. Ordered this from Ryoko and I was able to get it before the Christmas rush. Performance is 5 stars, I recommend it.
