Bought a card in July 2020. Gave it as a gift. Person I gave it to tried to use it in September. Didn't work. Tried the website doesn't match records. Press 1 for customer rep - hangs up on me. Sent mail inquiry never got a response. Went back to store purchased card from computer printout received of activation when card purchased. Sent that to mygiftcardmall - still no response.
$100 wasted.
This is a scam, the costumer service number is fake, the website has no contact info, and you cant use the card even after you register it. Don't purchase from this company
Thought I could get an easy extra 75 dollars by buying 3 150 dollars cards from them. Went to type the Number and Pin into Lowes.com on my order screen and surprise surprise I get the "Did you enter your Lowe's Gift Card number incorrectly?" No I copied and pasted it from the email. With spaces, without spaces it doesn't matter. Stay away if you like actually using your hardearned money. Someone needs to shut this site down.
Tried to purchase a measly $25 electronic gift card from this company on 12/10, never received it. Called customer service on 12/11, stated they would resend it, but it could take 3-5 business days. 12/12, still no gift card, I waited until 12/16 and called again.
Customer service tried to tell me it was something on my end with my email. I asked that they change my email then to another. They stated they did and that it would take 3-5 business days for the request to be processed and a new electronic gift card to be sent.
Here were are 6 days (12/22) later and still no gift card. I called back and was told there is no record of my call on the 16th, but they could update my email today and in another 3-5 days I should receive the card. I asked to speak with a manager for a refund... BIG SURPRISE... you cannot speak to a manager... they have to put in another request for a refund which takes... you probably guessed it... ANOTHER 3-5 DAYS... GRRRRR so beyond frustrated. THANK GOD IT WAS ONLY $25... I WILL NEVER, NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I ADVISE ALL TO DO THE SAME. I WILL DRIVE TO THE CLOSEST STORE TO BUY ONE MYSELF! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO!
Ordered American Eagle gift card in November. No tracking number for a week. Then a tracking number but had not been picked up from the shipper 10 days later. Called and said no tracking on file! I gave them THEIR tracking number and was told someone would have to call me back. Which they did not. Today 4 weeks later, I was on hold for 15 min and talked with 2 different reps. Seems the trail for the tracking number ended in another state. Asked for it to be cancelled and was told I would get a call back... contacted my credit card company and disputed it.
This is not a legitimate business in my opinion.
UPDATE: Received card. Credit card was charged. American Eagle said not a valid number, to bring it in. Covid shut things down. I lost my $125.00.
Was given gift card as a gift. $25. I activated it. After that I tried to use it the very next day and was declined. Called customer service. They were acting very funny. I explained to them it has never even used and just took it out of packaging. Customer service told me it used for PayPal. I asked them how is that even possible. Anyways they emailed all these dispute forms. I didn't want to give them my personal information. They seemed very sneaky and untrustworthy. So they closed the dispute and there's been no resolution. Don't trust them! They need to be shutdown! Not fair.
I got a card for my Christmas bonus. Checked my balance online and someone from this company took the money. Called customer service and they schedule a call back. I'm sure they are blowing me off. Probably the same person who took my money. I wouldn't use this company or website again
My company ordered us a gift card $455 09/23/20. When I went to use this card November 11th. It was declined. They scammed $308.83 and I have called customer service *******283 and they opened the case #DS*******. They requested fill form, purchased receipt and pictures of the card. I have emailed them more than 6 times and I have all email copy. Customer service is ZERO AND THE DISPUTE PROCESS IS BASICALLY USELESS. That's worst experience of my life. I will never use this idiot card.
I was given a Visa gift card and it was by giftcardmall. I registered the card, set up the pin, and everything. But at first I could find ANY store that this card would accept it. I feared it was completely useless. The giftcardmall says there is $50 on the card, but I could not use it. It seemed worthless. I thought they just stole my friend's money when they got the gift card. Finally, after trying places over and over and being rejected, I did find one place that accepted it. What a pain!
I have a VISA gift card that was valid until 2/24 with a $30.00 balance. Card showed balance of 0 and was told by Cardholder Services that the money was escheated to State. Cardholder Services was not able to provide any information even as to which State it was escheated too. Can't find my money at any state escheat division. I will not recommend buiying this card.
If at any point a seller / merchant issues you a refund, you will lose money outright. This service doesn't handle returning funds to cards well (arguably at all).
You can dispute a transaction, but the process is convoluted, time consuming, and, in the end, pointless since you're not guaranteed any return of funds.
If you get one of these cards as a gift, try your best to get the money off the card quickly by pulling out cash at checkout or by transferring balances using PayPal or Venmo.
Alternatively, if you have the option as to whether or not you get of these cards in the first place...

I paid $200 for a Safeway/Vons grocery gift card. Got an email with my order #, called GCM to ask if that was all I needed, expecting a bar code or QR code to scan at the store at checout. In spite of a customer service rep who continually claimed he could not hear me "bad connection", he finally told me that was all I needed. Went to store first time, they said they knew nothing, asked my why no bar code, said I needed to come back and talk to a manager. I did. The store manager she had no idea what it was, so we called GCM together. Again rep could not hear us "bad connection" and finally hung up on us, although we could hear her fine. I rechecked my email searching for GCM... a new email with a barcode! Have not gone back to the store for the THIRD TIME yet.
I had a really sweet family give me 100 dollars for tutoring their child during the pandemic. The day I activated it, someone (Scammer) made a $99.95 charge online leaving me 5 cents. Please do not waste your money. It is so disappointing.
I ordered a gift card two months back which they kept saying is under process and never did I get it. After getting fed up of their response, i asked them for a refund and till date i havent received that too. Please never use this site for any purchases. They will only loot your money!
TO EITHER REGISTER THIS CARD, WHICH IS OF QUESTIONABLE LEGALITY IN THE FIRST PLACE, YOU MUST "WIN" 3 SERIES OF 3 VIDEOGAMES ON ITS SITE WITHOUT A MISTAKE. THEN, YOU MIST DOWNLOAD AN AUDIO FILE THAT READS OUT 8 NUMBERS AND THEN ENTER THE 8 INTO A FIELD. MOST OF THE TIME, THEIR SITE BLOCKS YOUR ENTERING EVEN ONE OF THE 8 DIGITS. THIS IS A CLASSIC RIP-OFF AND I DOUBT THE REAL VISA HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE HUCKSTERS.

I got a roblox card from a Kroger store and i noticed it was not fast card (What roblox normally uses) and i thought it was strange, i go to put in the code, and it doesn't work at all, only time it hasn't worked was that particular card, so i contacted support on roblox (still waiting for a replay on my actual problem) but anyways scammed out of $25, DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS be on the lookout for fakes like this one
I have 2 cards, a fast card gift card and the giftcarmall one, Fast card worked but you guys gave a bad code or the ones that are fake so I just wasted $25 bucks on a card that doesn't even work, if you want to sell ROBLOX cards the get codes that ACTUALLY WORK.
ROBLOX Gift Card, which was alphanumeric rather than numeric, and had a different design than the working Fastcard, did not have a working code. Support can't seem to give 2 flying craps.
Answer: Mine NEVER worked at any store or online. I am still trying but not optimistic.
