Stay away from this company. I think they are a fraud. I ordered a visa gift card in August. It never showed up. When I called they said it takes 10-15 business days in the mail. They kept saying wait one more day. I asked if they could overnight a new card since it never came and they said no they could only send it the original shipping method. I finally cancelled the card and they said they would refund the amount plus $25 for my aggravation. A week later they called and said they couldn't refund my credit card because the amount was more then what was charged and would send a check. This week I called because I haven't received the check. Once again they said it was mailed September 25th and would take 10-15 days in the mail. It did not arrive. They then said they will contact the accounting department and have a new check sent but according to the supervisor the accounting department has yet to respond. They said they can request it be sent again with a tracking number but cannot promise that it will happen. So the saga continues. The business should be shut down.
Received a gift card that didn't work. Tried calling customer service immediately but it's nearly impossible to get a human being. When I finally did, he told me the numbers on my brand new card were not valid numbers. I repeated them to him, but he said there was nothing he could do to help me and that I should try the automated telephone system! After five or six phone calls, nothing was resolved!
Don't believe they don't expire, because they clearly do. Gift card mall aka Blackhawk Netwrok customer service is clueless and useless. Metabank, another awful useless company, issues their visa gift cards, zeroed out hundreds of dollars from my cards. They both wasted weeks of my time with misinformation and the ordeal of contacting the authorities to recover my funds. Don't give this terrible predatory company your money. I will never buy another product from Gift card mall aka Blackhawk aka Metabank. Shout out to Carlos R. Cardholder Support Services for being utterly incompetent.
Seconds after purchasing a gift card online, I called customer service to receive a refund because the brand of card I purchased is not excepted in my sons town. Three days later I received an email from an entity called Blackhawk which told me that my case has been resolved and that a refund would not be issued because all sales are final. What reputable company does not issue a refund to a customer before product has even been shipped? This is not good business practice
It was a normal day until i went to buy a Roblox gift card i was having a nice happy day until i got home I was not happy of what I saw I soon realized it was FAKE! And I cannot get a REFUND so I am very mad no not ever go to the site or store!
Do NOT buy a VISA gift card from the giftcard mall. My son received a $50 visa gift card for a birthday present and when he went to use it there was only $7 on the card. It was in a package and not opened so we know the giver of the gift did not use it. Somehow hackers must have gotten the numbers and used the card once it was activated. When we call to report it they made us fill out a ton of forms, send photos of the card and a long phone call documenting everything. In the end they did not issue a new card because we did not have the receipt of purchase. It was so ridiculous. Very disappointing that such a large company such as VISA can not back their product, they do not have a handle on hackers and they have a horrible customer service department. I say give cash forget the VISA/AMEX gift cards. It is a total loss! Will never buy again.

I order an eGift card for my sister's birthday in Jan. The company sent me an email with an imagine of fake gift card for Emagine Theaters. It is now March I called, my sister called and emailed the company multiple times they said they would refund my money. Haven't received a refund or an eGift card. They are a scam. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Emagine Theaters.
I was given gift card but could never get online to process the card number or check balance, keep getting error, 10 times, it is an error alright. I am now contacting the US Attorney General's office!
I called their after they charged my credit, they said the order need to be reviewed, but never send me the LOWES gift card.

First sign that this website was a scam - their catalog is extremely convoluted and unorganized. They lump ecards in with normal cards and god help you if you didn't notice the tiny "e" in the listing which is the ONLY thing differentiating one from the other, because you get an email that you can't physically hand to your friend or family member. And it gets sent to YOUR email and not theirs so they have no way of accessing it.
But far worse than their gross incompetence is their clearly criminal business practice of ignoring every attempt you make contact them until after they "ship" your order. (Well, they were emails so nothing was shipped. Derp.) Because if you don't submit a request before they "ship" your email (DERP) they conveniently have an "all sales final" policy that you don't even get to know about until you actually need to fix THEIR mistakes. Again, it's an email, they shipped NOTHING but they used that as an excuse to steal my money.
I'm serious folks, these people are absolute crooks, don't give them the chance to get their hands on your hard earned cash. Buy your gift cards from brick and mortar places. I've since learned that online gift card sales are criminal in general but this site is just so blatant about it something needs to be done.

Also, there are, as I understand it, as of this review, multiple investigations of this company for fraudulent business practices.***
This website is an absolute fraud, you will not get your gift card and they will say they are issuing you a refund but never do. Stay away I hope Google pulls them down.
My sister gave me a Visa gift card in the amount of $100 a couple of weeks ago. I went to use it yesterday only to find that it had a zero balance and it was already used at a Winn Dixi supermarket. Getting through to gift card mall was almost impossible. The number on the back of the card did not have an option to speak to a rep. I finally got a live person after calling gift card mall.com and they said that they couldn't help me since the gift card was purchased at a store. I was finally transferred to someone who directed me to a dispute form online and was told to fill it out and that I wouldn't hear anything back until 7 to 10 business days. I didn't even get a auto email confirming that they had received my form and they would get back with me shortly. I was also told that it would take about 90 days to get resolution. I do not recommend buying a Visa gift card as you are running the risk of fraud and throwing your money away. I will never buy a Visa gift card again. I am not very hopeful of seeing my $100 ever again.
I was going to purchase a gift card as a thank you to a client and wanted to include a personal message so they would know who sent it and why. A rep at the 800# said there was a field at checkout yet I could not find one. I then tried the "chat" feature and was then told that is not a feature hat is offered. I explained that I didn't want the message printed on the card, just a text note included with the card or on the shipping label just as other businesses do. I was once again told no, only if I choose ecard option. I chose not to buy. Not too impressive for a client to receive a gift and not know why.
I went against my better judgement and still I bought this card anyway. Should've just went to my local grocery store and purchased my usual Visa. Right off the bat I had a hard time registering it so I called their 800 number and had them register it for me. When I attempted to make an online purchase my card was declined three times because the three digit security # was incorrect. Now I'm being told that the three digit number that looks like an 8 may actually be a zero with a line though it. Since the card was declined, I now have to wait 24 hours for the card to reset itself. How stupid is this? Its an 8... not a zero. That company needs to change their font style. I will never buy this card again.
I received a gift card for $500 but when i checked the balance there was a transaction $498 charged by Walmart which I did not authorize. I called Customer Service they told me to fill out a dispute form and it would take 90 days for them to review.
Purchased a gift card for my wife. Received an email confirming my order but never received an actual gift card. I've been dealing with their "customer service" for a month now and have yet to receive my refund. Each time I speak to them they give me different information. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from these crooks. They don't deserve the one star I had to give them.
I ordered two gift cards at the end of April for my nephews' birthdays and told my brother to let me know if they didn't get them. I remembered to ask him a month later and they never received them. I contacted the company and got a wordy response that didn't tell me anything other than my order couldn't process. If it couldn't be processed, why was the money taken out of my account and held for a month. I still haven't gotten my money back and now I have to send my nephews a very belated birthday gift. I should've been notified immediately and my money returned if there was a problem. This company should be ashamed of their customer service!
STILL NO CARD AFTER 10 DAYS! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I CALLED, AND NOW IT TAKES 5-10 DAYS FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT.
