I ordered a dress for prom, Delivery date said march 9th-17th I never received a tracking number so i emailed customer support a few days before the 17th they responded with my tracking number but it hasn't been updated since the 6th. I have since sent a few more emails asking for more updates and they say that it's going to be here soon every time but there's no update on shipping and it still hasn't arrived. They refuse to give a refund and keep telling me it'll come soon.

Aftonklänningen är mycket vacker och tyget är behagligt mjukt. Jag noterade dock att tyget saknar stretch, vilket resulterade i att klänningen kändes något snäv över höfterna. I övrigt är klänningen av hög kvalitet och väl värd sitt pris.
