Regretfully, I ordered a dress from Gloryava on 9/28/19 against my better judgement. For some reason, I felt uneasy and tried to cancel but they wouldn't let me because it was over 48 hours since the order was placed (7days after). Received the dress On 10/11/19 and it was too small even though I went up an entire size, too short and not the color I expected to get. Per the color chart it should be turquoise blue. This is a baby blue color. The quality and craftsmanship of the dress was terribleIt it is not worth $268 and I just gave this company money. I went back and forth with them via email trying to get a refund as I did not delay the return process. I was even humiliated because I had to send them pictures of the problem per there Request for the return processor get started. What a scam! After all of that, they still did not and will not give me my money back. I even tried to dispute the charge via PayPal through a claim. I lost because PayPal didn't back me up according to them because they could only honor the claim if I didn't receive the merchandise or it was significantly different than what I ordered. Hello! I would say getting a dress that was not the color I ordered fit that bill. In addition to it didn't fit and it was too short and poorly made. I immediately closed my PayPal credit card account when they denied my claim. All I wanted was to return the dress because I cannot use it in any way and get my money back and Gloryava did not honor that. They are not reputable. I don't know how they are able to keep stealing from people. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES OPERATING LIKE A BUSINESS.
