I'm unsure why my previous 1 star review was removed from this site? So I'll try again. I ordered from good American and paid for express shipping to Australia (apparently 5 days), I made contact a few days after ordering as I hadn't received a shipping notification. Received a response saying I should get notification soon. Over the next couple of weeks I tried on a number of occasions to contact them with most of them ignored but one more response saying I should get a notification soon. I asked them to cancel my order and refund which they ignored. I asked them a second time to refund and I was putting in a PayPal claim and THEN they sent my order! I received 4 weeks after I originally ordered and they still had the nerve to charge me for express shipping! Never again!
1st Pair of Jeans
I loved these jeans at first, and wore them literally twice - the top button when I wasn't even wearing them completely fell off making them completely unwearable. Good American wouldn't fix the insanely expensive jeans (not insane to Kardashians because they have no idea how much this costs to the rest of the world...) and said to take them back to Nordstrom to ask for a return. This is ridiculous as I had already worn them, albeit only twice, but they should make better quality clothing. I also ordered a pair of black jeans that immediately tore from just bumping into a wall - neither instance was because they were too small, if anything I ordered a size too high. Don't pay these people any money.
Unfortunately I didn't do my research on this company. There is absolutely no phone number to contact customer service you have to email only. I have sent five emails and still no reply. My order was canceled due to the address was not verifiable but yet the address is the same that I've used for the last 20 years living in my house. But the problem is the funds were never returned. My last resort is to call and dispute the charges but I shouldn't have to that if this company would follow through with email replies or provide phone numbers for customers to contact to get assistance. Then I find out after the fact that my cousin ordered these jeans and they are absolutely horrible she said the material is worse than you're cheap jeans at your local Walmart, the ankle part of the jeans twist over she said she followed the suggestions wash them on gentle cycle hang them up to dry and yet they are still bad. Thankfully she's only out $70 but hopefully less than that she's going to see if she can just sell them on marketplace. They offer no refunds store credit only and if you do want a credit card refund there's apparently a fee. So in all reality my suggestion don't waste your time get your jeans from gap, American Eagle, Hollister or any place else but here
Customer service for this company is nonexistent. The only way to contact them is via email or text message which they never respond to either. I ordered several pairs of jeans and received a shipping email with a tracking number. After checking the tracking number and realizing nothing was moving I tried to get in contact with their customer service. No response. I finally after days had to text them I was going to be canceling my payment and contacting the Better Business Bureau. Then all of a sudden they responded. They responded simply to tell me to wait yet another week for my package. And if it doesn't come by then someone would deal with it. Well a week later my package still hadn't arrived and I contacted them again. No response via email nor text until I had to threaten again. At which time they told me "seems my package has been lost in the warehouse". They are going to re-ship my package now but can't do any type of priority express shipping. Meaning I'm going to have to wait another potentially 15 days in hopes that I actually get it this time. They have my order and my money
Fir jeans that are advertised as the perfect fit these are horrible. Huge in the crotch ok in waste. Just trying it on the snap came off in my hand. Spent $145 and cant use them
Bought two pairs. They both turned loose immediately, they rip easily and on one pair the zipper broke. SCAM!
I ordered a pair of jeans twice and both have been canceled! Seems to me the company over promises but under delivers! What a shame!

Khloe's bbl clearly made her think she did something. These jeans are mid at best, look like my mom went to Ross and picked them up for me.
