My question is how in heck do you get away with ripping off people? I said ok to a fee of $2.95 which appeared two times on my credit card statement. I called and was assured there would be a credit of 2.95. Never happened. To make matters worse, five days later my card was fraudulently charged $24.95. I should have read all of the negative reviews before I used this service. One star because there is no choice for a minus sign
I have probably ordered over 10 times from cottonage.com in the last 1 year and have never had any problems with any orders. Never been shipped any wrong items and orders always arrived in a timely fashion (most of the time earlier than expected).
Even their prices are relatively lower than most of the online and offline retailers, the quality they provide is absolutely better than more expensive retailers. I've just found out in my last order that cottonage.com has just started offering graphic tees and I added to my basket one order. The overall quality is so great. I will send them my own design and see the result.
I highly recommend them for their superior customer service, fast shipping and quality products.
This is my go-to search engine. Always use it. Google is connected with all the huge companies it seems - Android, YouTube, who knows what else. They're so smart and intuitive that sometimes I feel like Google just might know too much about me... slightly worrisome, but I overlook it. Although I do think someday Google may take over the world...
Dear Google. I hope you go out of business. Your products are terrible and only serve to exploit people for the financial gain of a few. There is absolutely no way to contact you. You reading a personal email from a prospective employer and somehow putting it in a hidden spam folder cost me $90,000 in lost pay and benefits as I ended up taking the same position through another lower paying contracting agency. I eventually left the job as I was slowly going broke because I never received the important time-sensitive information. Google has NO business reading the content of emails and making determinations as to where to put them. Google Sucks!
There is no support live chat so I am trying to reach someone by phone. Currently on hold for hours. I need access to my account - they locked me out due to security reasons (which I understand, but how can I get in now?). I tried their help pages but they are of NO help. Google does not care about their customers. Worst company of all, even Yahoo customer service is better. Contrary to popular belief, GOOGLE SUCKS. I know Google won't care about my review, but if at least 100 people see this, I'm satisfied.
Everyone still loves Google, but for how long? - I have loved Google since 1999. Google was friendly, well-meaning, and they had a great search product. However, more recently, Google has seemed more and more like a normal, big company. And with each new product they roll out, I feel like Google would like to take over another little part of my life. And to top it off, Google search has not really gotten much better for the past several years. Now, for health, blogs, news, and other topics, I find Google to be inferior to more specific vertical search engines. Unless Google proves me wrong in the near future, I will be looking to diversify my web service consumption elsewhere. Yahoo, anyone?
Google chrome crashes while I'm searching web sights. Also my IPad Air is much slower, since installing chrome. The aggressive pop ups are frustrating.
There is no place to report this problem on any Google sight.
I ended up complaining to PayPal and they arranged a full refund from this organization. I have read that PayPal doesn't always do this, so I count myself fortunate. In the meantime, I notice that SafeCart is no longer on Facebook. I still marvel that they are or were able to do business in what could most kindly be described as a most unconventional way. I also wonder why there appeared not to be a specific Canadian government agency able to deal with such disgraceful corporate behaviour. Perhaps something has finally been done in the intervening time.
You should make it known before you start making your resume that you'll have to pay to download it. I would've made it without the help of Resume Now had I known. I also had an issue while working on the skills section where everything written would simply disappear at random. Aside from that I like how simple and easy the resume making process was and I like the way mine came out.
I have been trying to get into my account for my youtube for 6 months. Google just keeps locking me out. Locking out your customers with no customer service or intention to help them is the worst I've seen yet. I keep trying to recover it but thanks to their genius system, I keep getting locked out. I contacted them personally for help and still nobody has helped me. What a waste of time. I have had my youtube since 2013, you would think that counts for something, but I guess they are more worried about making money than helping the people that got them where they are today... Thanks for nothing google.
What happened to the internet? Use to be a mostly honest, easy, welcoming network. No more. NOt with controlling monopolies like Google who only care about profits and maintaining their control and privacy invading grip over everyone. Needs to be broken up and thrown the wind. The sooner the better. Nothing is free with Google any more, they just want to get your money. They have ruined countless good companies after taking the over such as Skype, which is now a hacked-by them-medium, not safe to use, nor reliable.
Google is the best out there. No one can dispute this or argue with a fact such as this. One of the features that I enjoy especially about Google are the creative ways they celebrate memorable people in history. They sometimes change the word "Google" into wonderfully designed interactive special effects that one can interact with so as for example to remember the birthday of a notable figure in history.
I remember how they celebrated Jim Henson's birthday where they had these interactive Muppets that one could click on and each Muppet could do something that was very funny and comical. I will never forget this.
For me they are among the best when it comes to creativity out there.
Ordering from Google offers a mixed bag of experiences. On the plus side, their product range is extensive, covering a wide range of technology and software solutions. Additionally, their website is user-friendly, making it easy to browse and order items. However, the downside is the inconsistency in delivery times. While some orders arrive promptly, others face unexpected delays without clear communication. Furthermore, the difficulty in reaching customer service for assistance adds to the frustration. In summary, while Google offers convenience and a diverse product range, improvements in delivery reliability and customer service responsiveness are necessary for a more seamless shopping experience.
First, let me say that I'm a new user to this site, where you can post photos, join different communities and share all sorts of things. However, I am tired of seeing so much porn on this site! There seems to be no way to block these photos and videos from being seen by me and/or my grandchildren! If this doesn't change - I may leave permanently. I find a lot of photos/videos on there VERY offensive.
Im Diane T. I wrote a review in the fall of 2014. After all the BS... I took the PC in and they found no viruses etc. Cost 169.00... PC still was dead... finally found a new PC onsale for 400.00. So Im out around 900.00 or more. Unbelievable these JAs are around to suck the fun out of your internet experiences. SHAME ON THEM! May 10,000 diseased *runny* camels take a hundred craps using your chimneys as a potty. Im PRAYING karma really works :) What goes around WILL come around *S*
I like the site, the only reason why I give a 3 stars is because you either found good sites to learn, to answer your questions and to get informed... As you get rip-off with sites that are not honest and steal money professionally. Most of the people, me included... trust Google for about a 90% of our questions... So... It will be so much better if the creators of this awesome site could prove how trusted are the sites posted using Google's name.
Total value for money. Very good quality product. Personalised items are the best. I ordered a black mug with my daughters pic. It was a plain black oneand then I poured warm chocolate milk. It then showed her pic. Loved the amazed look and excitement on her face. Thanks F &P for making magic in these difficult times.
But in my work coaching high-level executives, I've come to realize that many of the professionals who have the hardest time building a network are those who view themselves as "lone wolves" who have succeeded on their own merits and don't rely on others. Intellectually, they recognize the benefits of networking, and know they should do it. But they've achieved their current status on the strength of solo (or near solo) efforts, and adjusting their mindset and behaviors can be challenging.
Introduction to the Internet
20 mini chapters for non-techies as an introduction to the internet, browsers, cloud computing, web apps, browser plug-ins, HTML, Java, cookies, security, etc., etc.
Written and supported by the Google Chrome team it is obviously biased to Chrome, but covers other browser choices as well.
It's a quick read, clear and informative as a basic introduction for non-geeks. It won't help everybody – my 87 year father still thinks 'cookies' is a rather odd American word meaning 'biscuits'…
It is not worth it to sign up for the Google Ad Sense program. It is hard to make more than a few cents a month. Second, it is too easy to be banned for life without cause. After being notified that my account was being terminated for invalid click activity, I filed an appeal explaining that I never clicked my own ads, urged others to click my ads or artificially generated clicks on my blog but they wrote back saying they could not reinstate me.

Answer: I agree 100% with Linda B. It occurs to me that victims - I'm a former one, but I was able to get out with my money - should deluge Canadian consumer affairs with complaints about this most shonky of organizations
Answer: I could not. Their email address listed on their receipt and the server they use are non-existent.

The overall reputation of the company reflects a mix of strong capabilities and significant customer dissatisfaction. On the positive side, users appreciate the extensive range of products and the user-friendly website, which facilitates easy browsing and ordering. However, negative sentiments dominate, with frequent complaints about inadequate customer service, delivery inconsistencies, and perceived negligence regarding user privacy and security. Many customers express frustration over the difficulty in resolving issues, particularly with account security and content management. To enhance its reputation, the company should prioritize improving customer support responsiveness and addressing service reliability concerns.
