I won't beat around the bush - google has the best browsing service and probably will have the best one for all of eternity. However, while the company as a whole may look cute, it isn't that great. Anyone who uses safari on their iThing can look at the trackers that are blocked. You will find more than 50 from google alone. Google has zero regard for your privacy, and when you think about it, knows more about you than facebook, the government, and your friends and family combined. Do you see those screenshots? Almost all of those trackers/ads blocked are from google. Just look at all of their services! Google Ads, Google AdSense, Google DoubleClick. Advertisers use them because they know the most about you, and they know what you do. They track your mouse movement, clicks, scrolling time, relinks, everything. They even track your profiles because more than likely you use your google account to log into everything! Until something is done about user privacy, Google will always be on the bottom of my list. Not because bing or yahoo is better - it's not. Google just has zero respect for its users or really the entire internet userbase. Until this is fixed they will always be worse than Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Apple, anything. Because they are the best at their service, may it be finding what you are looking for, or stealing all your data and ignoring your privacy.

Get a trusted ad blocker or use a modified version of chromium for your browsing needs like Brave or Vivaldi. They are like Google but actually care about the privacy of the end-user.

I want to voice my opinion about Google:
1. Google has more than one time change the algorithm so small businesses will not show up high on their search results and it will be Google paid ad customers that shows it up at the top and in the most ideal spots for searches. It's created a problem with small businesses not being able to compete when they are not made aware of these algorithm changes nor are they included in any of the decision making.
2. I know this is not happenng to just me: Google has locked down my account due to being overdue with Google fi. During the pandemic when cell companies were not allowed to shut customers off, Google fi simply hiked up their rates for their data. When a customer doesn't pay Google fi, they shut down Google pay which causes a lot of other problems for the customer. I don't think this is right at all they should not have the power to shut down a wallet due to owing money to one of their companies. I believe this is extortion.
3. I have been locked out of my Gmail before and had court documents that I needed and I was unable to get a hold of anyone at Google and any of the security checks that I did on Google to access my account came back saying it could not verify my identity. Smh. I feel if Google is going to have a Google drive to save all our documents photos and everything and they're going to offer a email service then there should be some kind of customer support to get an individual into their email when they're locked out! Poor customer service horrible customer service!

First let me say I foolishly bought a Google Pixel 3Xl for nearly 1000 dollars. Worst phone ever. I had to return three different phones because they were defective. I am on the third phone now and the google assistant refuses to work. They told me I could return the phone but I am done with that. They sell lousy products and offer little support other than text or email. No phone customer service. Then Spotify offered a deal online where you buy 3 months of Spotify Premium, and get a google home mini free. I went through the process Bought the Spotify Premium, but then they sent me to the google store to purchase the mini. Wouldn't go through. Google sent me an email saying my account was suspended and they needed more information, that I sent them. That was rejected and the rejection email said that my google account was permanently suspended due to suspicious activity, and they said they reserve the right to suspend accounts and give no reason or recourse. I managed to find a number to call but I got the same email back. So I will sell the phone and never I hope have to deal with Google again. Next phone will be an iPhone. Goodbye Google.

Unbelievable! Can I yell "SCAM" ALERT to any and all. I misplaced my purse for a couple of days and I had not been out of my house so I checked my debit card balance to make sure no one had violated my account.
Hello - 2 charges on my debit card and 1 charge on my credit card. Needless to say I called and cancelled my bank account immediately.
I would have never caught the one on my credit card if I had not caught the two on my debit card.
Okay now I start a little investigation of my own. I call their customer service number. I explained the charges. She could not even verify my phone number so I was not going to give her anything but my name. I firmly asked to speak to the billing department. She told me she could get them on the line with us. I said no, I wand to speak with the billing department and I wanted a valid phone number for them.
She told me she could not do the. I asked her where she was located... Her answer was the Philippians.
I have my credit card on the line as I proceed through the steps until I reach $$$$ has been charged to your account.

I search for so many items on google and half of the time the items that are displayed for the search results are either no longer available or the information pertaining to them is WRONG! Here's and example; I searched for a Kobalt hedge trimmer, (Lowes Brand). The search results show one pictured for $96.99 available on ebay and it states "FREE SHIPPING", (see photo # 1). So I click on the link and it redirects me to the ebay page for the item, which is $96.99 as stated on the google search. BUT instead of "FREE SHIPPING" as the google misinformed me, (Lied to me), the shipping is actually $32.18, (see photo # 2), WHAT THE FRICK? How am I supposed to trust google when it's constantly misleading and WRONG?

I just ordered your productPC Cleaner Pro, because I am having problems with my PC and my first impression of their customer service was the worst experience of my life. I waited more than 15 minutes to have a representative answer and never apologize for the hold time. I quickly told her I was having trouble with the software key not registering properly, where your agent replied " you obviously didn't enter it correctly" with out asking exactly what I had done. She was very unprofessional and condesending when speaking to me. She spoke to me as if I was a child giving me orders, instead of requesting me to follow specific steps. This person obviously does not value her job or the customers. I cancelled the service and requested a refund. I want nothing to do with this company. Its down the the basics common ettiquette and customer service goes a long way. They responded regarding my refund request and not once did anyone apologize for the rude behavior I experienced. All I can say is Karma, you will get it back!
