I saw on their Google Browser Ad that Google could listen and search for any song by tune, but when I tried this by humming, nothing comes up as the right search results, as if Google just ignored, "Identify This Song. Hums Tune." This Advertisement is Misleading! 🤦

So now I'm on my second google account that I'm locked out of a d not one single person or robot from Google or anyone else will help me get into my account to recover irreplaceable pictures and memories,,my phone got broke so I bought another phone and when I tried to log in Google straight up lied to me and said my password was wrong and I have proof it's not,,for the second time they have done this to me and don't even begin to care for years now they continue to lie,cheat and still are allowed to have a company and continue to screw over more and more people everyday?

I have really lost all faith in GOOGLE giving me accurate directions to any location. They don't even know that there is a Gulf of MEXICO.
Come on...quit giving in to EVERY STUPID THING that D.Trump burps up.

Google shows a complete lack of responsibility and respect towards users seeking help to remove privacy-violating and harmful content from their platform. Despite clear evidence and a well-founded request, they choose not to act and instead shift the entire responsibility onto the user.

Their threat to ignore future requests of the same nature also demonstrates an arrogant and unsympathetic attitude toward users' needs and rights. For a platform of this size and influence, this is utterly unacceptable.

If Google wants to maintain users' trust, they need to start taking responsibility and acting in situations like this instead of avoiding their obligations. Very disappointed!

I thought going from Xfinity to Google fiber would be awesome. 100 times the speed, but had to go back because Google fiber stinks. Most streaming apps that are supposed to be 4k are at best 720, even after resetting, checking network etc..., all the things. Buffering every 20 seconds like baud rates in the 1990s. DO NOT BUY GOOGLE FIBER, They are no good. I had Xfinity before with a tenth the speed, I figured this would be better. Don't fall for it.

My account was hacked and a phone number I never had was added. I was unable to remove that number myself. It took two days to find a customer service number to call. The rep was rude but did connect me to a technician who removed the number and then removed 21 hacks, at $5 per hack. Greedy Google permits hacking, their so-called "security" is useless, and then charges to remove hacks. You can purchase their protection for $90/year! If you don't want to pay to remove the hacks when the technician is done, they will close your account!

Redeemed cards that won't work. Have a virtual Mastercard that will not load to ANYTHING. Though 10$ value. I can not use at play store or inside any apps

Whoever is using my business card logo, name, phone number etc is blackmailing me saying that I do erotic massage and do happy endings but I DON'T! Let me be very clear about that! I keep reporting it n nothing is done! What kind of people who does these things! SICK!

Google can not even contact you as a customer to help you out. Google also wants money to help their customers out with support. They also can't even respond in a timely manner. I have all emails and pic. That I took. I'm going to go see my advisor on this matter. Also you can't even get a representative, Also, none of their phone numbers work to contact you through a representative. Thanks customer.

I got logged out of my phone and I wasn't signed a new Google. I put in the password and it tells me that the password is wrong. I lost 15 years of pictures messages andata because they lie straight lie something should be done I don't know how companies like this get away with things like this. What's wrong and completely? Not their judgment, to just decide 1 day that I can't have. My pictures or my messages or anything that I've saved something should be done I ordered 2 palettes of stuff, random stuff and I never even got him and then tell me they've been delivered. That's on god.That's not my word.Why aren't these people getting away with these things

I get it. Google is usually a third party and claims innocence. Perhaps legally for now but not morally or ethically.

The law will eventually catch up.

Google's search functionality is pretty good, and it definitely blows bing out of the water. Google will try to fool you and make the site seem cute, with its rainbow pastel colors and little google doodles. However, they keep logs of all your searches and personal information. In 2019, it's parent company was sued for collecting personal data from children. Their business seems to only be interested in making money, and they don't care about child safety. I'm a minor myself, so it's very upsetting to know that they harvested my personal data.

I teach Digital Marketing at a state university. We used to use the Google Ads Competition but Google discontinued the program. So now I have my students contribute $$ to help a local company with a Google Ads campaign. It worked well for a few years, but this year most of my students' accounts have been suspended before they even began. Google is vague about why, but sometimes points to a credit card problem (nonsense) or a "violation" of policy. Instead of teaching my students how powerful Google Ads can be, they're actually learning that this program is too difficult to implement. I'm incredibly frustrated that Google doesn't try harder to accommodate students and small businesses. These are our future marketing leaders and they now have an incredibly bad impression of Google Ads. What a shame. I will no longer introduce this program in my classes.

Google is essential for me, without it most of the daily operations could not be done. Whoever invented it has managed to attract many people who were previously on other engines. Among the services I use the most there are certainly: Email, translator, Map, Google Earth.

I'm a war Veteran and disabled. I needed an injection in my back I can't drive or ride the buses.
I called this RC Affordable limousine service and wow I got a red carpet treatment. This driver got to VA Hospital in record. Time and pushed me in my wheel where I was to go an waited for me.
No one does this kind of service.
He got me back home safely.
Now I have used limousines before but Company is out standing and really affordable!
