DON'T USE IT! IT'S A SCAM! What's worse, PayPal won't help with the dispute. I reformatted my computer and when I got back on, I needed to get my drivers so I found this website offering a small fee and it could scan my computer, tell me all the drivers I need and install them. I read all the fine print. I paid for the item and got an email saying all I needed to do was call a number and someone would remote into my computer and install it. NO WAY IS ANYONE remoting into my computer. This action is known to install viruses and trojans onto computers to steal money and identities.

I then said I didn't approve and wanted a refund. The guy gave me a website to go to to ask for a refund and there is no option so I disputed it through PayPal (as I placed the order through PayPal). Today I got the result that it's declined and they can't help. I'm LIVID.

When it says 3-6 days to deliver that is true, what it doesn't tell you is that they take 4-5weeks to process your order. Although am very happy with what I ordered as is good quality.

Google sucks I spent the last hour thinking I'm $#*!ing to a person on customer service messaging and it's a computer doesn't know what I'm talking about we're not even on the same planet and I'm tired of bumble billing me and Google allowing it to happen so I'm sick of using Google Google sucks!

The customer service is poor, alot of false advertisement, I was charged R20k more than what I saw on their ad for 2rooms and a garage. After the director and I negotiated the amount I was charged he promised that my material will be delivered in 2days but its been a month and they haven't delieverd all the material and when I call in take question the delay the director started answering with a rude tone and gave me excuses about the weather and hung up on me. Now my project is on hold and its almost 2 months now, If you want great service I advise you go to Jada Hardware. Best services and they value their clients.
