I order Premiun Platinun seats for Barca vs Bayern (2015 Champions semi finals) but i recevied platimun seats (price difference), i request a refund for the difference and this what i got:

Very simple and easy process for buying the tickets. Made it a very pain free thing to do. I will use this site again to buy tickets.

I order my tickets online and it went through really quickly and it was super convenient. The follow up is kinda confusing.

Get rid of download fee, your charging $8 for an automated email. I could understand if you mailed them to charge a fee but seriously an automated email. Thats just ridiculous.

It was easy to find tickets but the fees were outrageous. Tickets came before expected and were easy to print. Found many other shows that didn't know about but, won't purchase from again.

Great sure however you have to use 100 characters to get it off this. Please change sane I will not hesitate again.
