I'm glad to say that after a number of emails from your delivery department, I was pretty sure that the tickets were going to arrive just on time and in paper. I must admit I never heard about GoSportsTickets until a week before the match I wanted to attend, but let me tell you that they are a very reliable company as far as I know, from my own experience. The offer a quality service with guarantees, so for me that was a reason to trust them. I bought two tickets to the Real Madrid - Real Sociedad game last november 30th. I was afraid to get bad seats, but they delivered the best seats I could have bought. They were worth every dolar we've spent. No extra booking fees and no problems with the delivery, they acted really honest. Great choice.

If you are travelling abroad for a match do NOT rely on GoSportsTicktes. We had traveled to Germany to watch Bayern Munich vs Arsenal in the Champions league. The day before the match we were told that they had failed to get us the tickets because their supplier let them down. How disappointing for a 10 year old Bayern fan who had been given the ticket as a present for his 10th birthday. We were lucky enough to be able to get tickets elsewhere. Note we did get a full refund so monetary wise we did not loose out.

Bought tickets for Debenture seats Centre Court Wimbledon 3/1/17. Had communication from them 4 days before the event to say the tickets would be delivered 1st or 2nd July. Rang 8 times over the weekend to ascertain whereabouts of tickets, emailed twice. Eventually got through at 9am on the day of the event to be told that they had been unable to get the tickets and the tickets had been cancelled... no apologies and still waiting for reimbursement. Do not under any circumstances use this shower.
