No confirmation received, no tracking available. I called customer service for an update and the person who answered didn't say anything other than "I'll call you back and hung up on me." Called again a bit later and that person told me the food was delivered. Found the food outside (not inside the lobby) on a concrete step ice cold.
Given a 19 minute ETA, but nothing showed for an hour. Fortunately, we called and was told our driver's location. The ability to check over the phone is really valuable.
