Easy to use app. Restaurant was fantastic and deserves 5 stars. I wish it made it clear who would be delivering the food, as that was the only hiccup in the whole process.
I've seen DubPlate pop up a few times in my local area but never gave them a try. Im glad I finally did! I got the jerk chicken plate and it was scrumptious 😋 My dad used to make jerk chicken but waay to spicy. This has the right level of heat for me. I'll definitely be going back for another plate. It is a bit pricey per plate but the servings are generous for much better quality food than you'd get at popeyes for literally the same price.

I was logged in and working on order and got message it was timed out and everything deleted
No confirmation received, no tracking available. I called customer service for an update and the person who answered didn't say anything other than "I'll call you back and hung up on me." Called again a bit later and that person told me the food was delivered. Found the food outside (not inside the lobby) on a concrete step ice cold.
Given a 19 minute ETA, but nothing showed for an hour. Fortunately, we called and was told our driver's location. The ability to check over the phone is really valuable.

Would like the option to pay with Apple Pay. Don't like being required to type a minimum amount of characters.
It would have been great to receive a notification when the order was ready since I requested asap. I think it was ready much sooner but I waiting in my car outside and eventually figured I'd go in, which was still before the time it was estimated to be ready.
