I've shopped this site several times over 4 or 5 years. Have worn my favorite black long sleeve tee to work once a week over 3 years (RN, multi color paws match with different colored scrub pants & clogs!) ALWAYS get a compliment, usually end up seeing & sharing cell phone pictures of pets with my patients. Recently ordered/received 3 more work shirts because it's such a wonderful way to start a rapport. (Panda is a sleep shirt.) I have no complaints about quality or delivery time.
My bank notified me that a greatergood.com attempted an online transaction from one of my accounts. I realised it was a US charity organisation, and I had no prior experience with them. I've frozen the account and contacted the bank to inquire further. I've brought this to your attention because the bank suggested I contact the merchant about this attempted fraudulent transaction. It would be great if the organisation tightened their online security as I can see there was a previous complaint in August with similar experience. I am not even from America and I feel that this is targeted. Please ensure that this doesn't happen with others
I got 2 pair for my kiddos for Christmas. They are great quality and a super cute uncommon color! They LOVE them! Thank you! I came back and got puppy paw print shirts for spirit wear for their school too.
As someone else mentioned, if you want to change the size of an item you ordered you are screwed even if you try immediately after the order is placed. There is no way to do it. I contacted customer service numerous times right after placing an order and was told there was no way they could change the size even though the order had just been placed and had not been shipped. They told me to send it back for an exchange at my own expense because they would not provide a return label. So I sent it back for an exchange and they told me the item was now out of stock. They provided a refund but only for the original cost of the item not the tax, original shipping, or return shippping. So I paid more than the item cost after all of this and have nothing to show for it. Hopefully in the future they will provide a way to change orders prior to shipping. I will never order from them again though.
I ordered a set. It was on Sale - It included a tank top with zippered hoodie. I bought for my daughter and my niece. I never received the hoodie's. I called Customer Service. I was told that there was a drop down box and I didn't check it to receive the hoodie. Therefore, special is no longer, can't get it unless I want to pay now the full price for hoodie's. I was told there were many others complaining about same thing. Their web-site is very mis-leading. Very discouraged. I have ordered many times from them. No Problems... Yes, there customer service sucks. Not happy at all. I will not be ordering from them anymore. Sad... but I feel like I was ripped off... Greater Good? To rip people off... No thank you

I've been a supporter of Greater Good's work for over a dozen years because I like the idea of also supporting charities when I shop. They've lost my business as of today, however, and I'm spreading the word why you shouldn't shop with them either. Or at least be very, very careful with your order!
I ordered an item that - when I received it - was very different from what was described on the Greater Good site. When I called about returning it, I was told I'd have to pay for the return shipping - which would come to more than the cost of the item. WTF?! No other reputable company requires customers to pay for return shipping on items that aren't as described on their website. Even companies that provide free shipping. What a scam!
I bought two pairs of pajamas and a face mask from The Rainforest Site. They took my money, said the package had been shipped, but I never got it. I tried to get in touch with them, but there doesn't seem to be a way to. They're the worst of scammers, and I will NEVER support them or buy from them again.

My son ordered me a pair of boots for Christmas and he accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I called about exchanging them the woman I spoke to was rude and seem disinterested in helping me. The boots I wanted were still on sale and they had the size I needed in stock however. So I returned them on my dime. And I waited for two weeks when I finally called and asked where my replacement pair were. Again the man on the phone was rude and just as disinterested. He stated the boots were now suddenly out of stock so they just had refunded the money. I notice now the boots are double the price and all the sizes are now marked out of stock. So much for my christmas present. Worst customer service ever. They are just downright rude and make no effort to try to resolve any issues..
I have purchased from this site & have NEVER had any problems. My orders always come very quickly. Everything I have purchased is very good quality. To hear negative comments & I do feel sorry for their poor experience. I have spoke to customer service with a question about a product. They gave me the information needed & even followed up with an email. As for the review that said "no reputable company charges for return postage", I have never found a company that doesn't make the customer pay for return postage. I have read in their website & the first thing I read is WE ARE A NOT FOR PROFIT CHARITY. I do hope people give them a chance. And for those that can't I do hope they have a better experience with another site.
Seems to have white uncolored streaks down arms. Doesnt look like the tye dye. Like someone laid bleach filled shoe laces down arms of it. Did anybody get sun hoody that looks this way, Doesn't look bad but not like my orange one.
Saw cute pawprint shoes on a friend who directed me to this website. I have large feet and usually wear an 11 or 12. I ordered an 11 and it was sooooo big. I called and they said to return the shoes -- at my expense. My expense was $15. The total spent was $32. I asked why they wouldn't pay that shipping if the product was clearly defective. They don't care. I would NEVER buy here a gain.

If a product is considered defective we would not have asked you to return the item. But due to the shoe being the wrong size for you doesn't mean that it is defective. Even though shipping is itemized separately from merchandise, this scam company collects taxes on shipping. No other company does this for my location. Customer Service says "our company is different".

I woke up Saturday morning to an alert from my bank that money was donated without my authorization I have no idea who this company is or what it is but I have to stop payment in my bank is sending me a new credit card now I have to go through all the trouble of setting up a new debit card to pay my bills, this company is not legitimate in my opinion

Unauthorized use of your card are not a result of our organization using your card. This would be a case of where you card was compromised and used by an unauthorized user. I would check with your bank to find out what requirements they set for use of a card online, and let them know that the card was compromised. We would be happy to refund you directly through your dispute with your credit card company. We use various different authorization processes for payments when orders are placed online, but if your bank does not participate in those restrictions, then the card will pass and be charged. That is why it is important to review what requirements your bank has when making online purchases. For example, we will have a setting that requires the billing address and zip code on your account match to what was entered on the order. If they do not match and your bank participates in this restriction, the card will not process. However, if your bank does not participate in requiring that stipulation, the card will process regardless of our security measures put in place.

Folks, it doesn't matter HOW your order was handled, whether the merchandise was pleasing to you, etc. The question at hand is, Do the funds from what we buy actually go to charitable causes?
Just because something was the wrong size, or the dye in it affected your allergies, has absolutely nothing to do with the most important question, and what I'm trying to find out, which is: Does ANY of our money make it to CHARITY?
I ordered two tie dye tunics (buy one get one free) and I love them! They arrived quickly and are beautiful. I'm very happy with my order and will return for more shopping in the future.

I ordered a 7 strand bracelet for my sister, as a Christmas present, on 12/9/21. On 12/20/21, the tracking information stated my package arrived at the USPS destination location. On 12/26/21, I reached out to customer service because my order kept saying it would be delivered that day, not getting delivered and then saying the same thing the next day. Every single day I checked. On 12/30/21, I was issued a replacement and all seemed to be good. However, on 1/8/22, the bracelet was delivered and the next day my sister was able to try it on. Only 3 of the 7 strands will even fit her wrist and 1 of the strands will hardly even fit her petite 7 year old daughter's wrist. I genuinely can not believe I paid nearly $40 for the bracelet, had to have it replaced after almost a month and still received such a poor quality product! I reached out to customer service about the problem and in the email, I stated I no longer have access to the card I purchased the bracelet with so even though I felt a refund was absolutely in order for this awful experience, I was unable to receive one to that card. After several days I received a response that said they'd issued a refund…. To the card I told them I cannot receive I refund to. so if you want shoddy products, long waits and horrendous customer service, this is the company for you. If not, avoid at all costs.

The shipping times and customer service response times are INSANE. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait.

I have been quietly supporting and buying from this group for years. It's a daily way that I can help animals in need. Always happy with the quality and speed of shipping of the things I've ordered, and excellent customer service. I was not so happy with masks I ordered recently that shrank in the wash -- after all, you have to wash them frequently. However, that is the only thing I have been unhappy with in more than a decade. And even then, the masks are still cute and soft on the face and ears, just rather tight. GreaterGood does everything they say they are doing. It's not just a 'save the pets' group, but all encompassing, including charities for groups of people in need, wildlife and the planet. I love what they are doing, I enjoy reading the website updates, and I am glad that when I need to buy an item, I can shop here for it first and help someone else out in the process. The masks, for example, were 'buy a mask, donate a mask to a health worker, and donate several bowls of pet shelter food' with the single purchase of the mask.

Your support is greatly appreciated! I am sorry that you experienced some shrinking when washing the masks. As with most fabrics, there is some shrinking that takes place especially if washed in warm water or dried in the dryer. It appears from your statement that they are still able to be used but are a bit snug. The ear loops should stretch some after use, but we do also sell some masks that have adjustable loops that may be helpful also in the future.
Not only was the service bad and i had to keep looking for my waitress but there was 7 dogs in the restaurant that i find disgusting. I'M HIGHLY ALLERGIC I felt uncomfortable the whole entire time. Dogs dishes on the floor? Really? You can't tell me all service dogs? What if the dogs needed to go to the bathroom? Disgusting! Food wasn't good enough to ever go back as well
