“Customer help would not admit or acknowledge mistake”

Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.

Every order we place we have a minimum wait time of an hour versus 30-35 minutes or quicker on DoorDash we just had an order placed and waited an hour an 15 min for them to say your food has been delivered. But guess what no food and no grub hub driver we watched her gps and she was going the opposite direction for a good 35 minutes needless to say I will never place another order with them there're slow unprofessional and just plain bad time and time again do yourself a favor and stick with DoorDash

This ideological inquisition demanded the resignation letter of every trump voter in the organization. Boycott this revoltingly authoritarian organization, do not give your dollars to partisan hatred. They're also more expensive than uber eats

Horrible, corrupt business. When you look on line you think your dealing with Papa Murphy's, but your not.
Grub hub takes your order, credit card info, then doesn't place the order. You run around checking the other stores and nothing. So you go home hungry, and pissed!

This app is horrendous. They have repeatedly told me when my food will arrive, only to have it be delayed every single time. These are not small relates, but delays for up to an hour and more. If Ghandi ordered from grubhub, he would be dead many times over. It's honestly embarrassing how incorrect and incobsiderate a single application can be. There is no courtesy nor care for people's schedules nor important meetings throughout the day. People do not operate depending on what is convenient for grubhub, but what is convenient for their own lives. This application and company is a disgrace. If I could rate it negatively, I would. I actively tell people to avoid grubhub. This company is a yoke and disgusting in my eye.

Ordered from ElMagway. Waited and waited. A driver finally called.He said Like hey man we don't deliver for them. So I had to go thru the crap to get the charges reversed. If they don't... drop them off your stupid app! 5 day wait!

I'm a truck driver and have used Grub hub several times with no issues till today. They claimed the food was delivered but it wasn't delivered to me. I never got any calls or even an email saying it was on its way. They offered me 50% off next order bit no refund. After demanding a supervisor, in whatever country customer service is located in, I did get a refund but I'm still hungry. Buyer beware with Grub hub, I never looked at their reviews before today, I should have.

1st order and tried to apply the code. Did not work. Contacted customer care via chat option. Chat box kept closing and i had to get connected to another rep 4 times. Out of frustration contacted their customer support via phone. Talked to rep name Cesar C. Told him the situation and he kept asking the same question. I told him forget about it and hung-up and cursing at myself. He calls me back and starts swearing at me. Hope that punk gets fired.

Called their customer care for complaint about the situation and this lady (forget her name) helped me very well. I'd give her 5 stars but negative star to Cesar and grubhub with their defects in their web and the app.

Grubhub has the most incompetent morons working for them that could possibly exist. Everything goes wrong when I try to place an order. They display restaurant options for restaurants that aren't actually delivering food, and they display food choices that aren't actually available. Then they rejected my credit card even though it is perfect fine, for reasons that still haven't been figured out. I just want god damn food and they have made this unimaginably difficult.

So I ordered food through grubhub... have done several times before... food was delayed for 2 hours... not sure if it was the restaurant or the delivery after 2 hours I get a phone call... we can not find your address... give it to then again... 15 minutes go buy they call to cancel my order because their driver is a dumb $#*! and can't find my house... so we're going on 2.5 hours of waiting... my address couldn't be more simple... I will no longer order through grubhub... EVER... DOORDASH it is... Thanks Dylan... you dumb $#*!

Ordered pizza around 4pm didn't arrive till 7pm guy came to my door handed me the food then he asked how much the order was I told him I had already paid with my credit card then he was like well I guess I won't be getting tip huh? He was just so rude never ever doing this stupid grub hub again

Grub hub is the very rudest company out their. They keep texting and calling the wrong number. Customer service refuses to stop and says that they can't flag the account for the correct number. They don't want to listen so they just hang up on you. We currently had to call and file harassment charges.

Grub Hub is awful. I've given them more than a few chances. Can never ever get your order correct. Today was the last straw. I ordered Subway thru them, kept getting kicked out of the website, contacted them to make sure my order went thru. Was told first time, yes, your card was charged. Didn't get an email confirmation... waiting for my food for hour and a half. I webchatted again and was told - order never went thru, card not charged. Really? Such a simple idea that they obviously cannot master. DONE with GRUBHUB.

I tried this delivery company and was the worst of the worst. It does not even warrant a one star rating. The first time my order did not arrive and the second time it was delivered next door. Both times were performed my the same driver who was lacking in manners and common sense. Calling the company in Chicago only helps if you want a refund. The first time I was given a full refund with a 20% discount for next usage. The second time I was overcharged and had to call several times to get the charged amount readjusted. Still, the adjusted amount was still lacking. Trying to placate a customer like myself by giving another 20% discount was audacious and just plain rude. I did not overreact when calling the company but I expressed my extreme disappointment to the person on the phone. Grubhub needs a restructuring of their company immediately as it rips off customers and hires irresponsible drivers.

Never ever ever order from them. The drivers will never deliver your food, marked it as delivered and you get no refund. So basically the driver eats your food for free while grubhub just says "I understand your frustration". I'm never ever ordering from them again and also posting about this on my social media.

I waited an hour and 15 min for my food when it was only supposed to be 35-45 min. I also didn't even receive my food. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes just to make sure I was there on time. This is also my finals week, so I decided this was the easiest route. I left a note saying to leave the food outside the apartment complex. I received a text at 7:09 saying they were there and the apartment complex was locked. I went outside texted that I was outside. The grub hub driver said they had left. I was outside by 7:10... Absolutely horrible. The Grubhub driver proceeded to keep texting me telling me they called multiple times, but I received no phone call. Will never order through grub hub again.

My food was an hour late. Grub hub would NOT refund me my moment. My food was cold. The delivery driver went in opposite directions multiple times. I tried to call the delivery driver 3 times and texted twice. Grub hub offered a 20% off coupon on my next purchase. I will NEVER use Grubhub again and in fact would never recommend it to anyone! DOOR DASH is way better and the service is way nicer

I am extremely shocked that yelp would partner with Eat 24.1st time I was notified an hour after ordering that the restaurant was closed for a private party. Second time food was 35 Min late, ice cold with no notice. Yet trying to get ahold of a rep at Eat 24 is near impossible do to the level of complaints that come in. Bad bad business practice. Restaurants should watch out partnering with Eat 24 as it makes them look just as bad

Order was 45 min late. The customer service was so I helpful... even the manager said "because you EVENTUALLY received the order, I can offer you $10 your next order for your troubles"... why would I want to continue ordering from a place whose service isn't reliable? How sneaky it is of them to do that... He straight told me he doesn't "feel" a refund is necessary since the order DID arrive.
This is the 2nd time in a row an issue has occurred with my order thru grubhub. Do yourself a favor, and order from a different delivery service

It takes 7 to 10 days for them to credit money back to your account after you purchase and the restaurant cancesl due to not having your order after waiting an hour and a half to two hours. This is nuts. I must say that GrubHub did try to make up for the lost funds by giving me a voucher to order more food but there is a catch, I still had to pay xtra money out of my pocket to cover tip, taxes, etc..

We ordered pizza that never arrived but said it was delivered--called GrubHub to at least get a refund--after 15 minutes on the phone I finally asked to speak to a supervisor who assured us we'd be refunded--and still waiting on that refund. Good lord. Called the restaurant to tell them of the issue and they said they've been having tons of issues with GrubHub and are thinking of going with UberEats instead. Ugh.

The CEO used intimidation to try to control the views of people in the work place. He used a position of power to alienate and discriminate those who voted differently from him. I would never use this company for the main fact that they probably spit in the food that they are serving that are assumed Trump supporters. This should be illegal.

Customer service is lacking severely. I had one refund because I placed a duplicate order in one sitting and they called that unusual activity. When the driver didn't deliver an order the next time they said it was unusual activity and they could not refund my money because the system would not allow them to. The supervisor said that they could not transfer me to anybody else they had not the capability to do that. Worst customer service situation ever worse service of anything I've ever experienced in my life they should be run out of business

Grubhub is great. Food is nearly always on time, and when it isn't they let me know when it is coming. The website works well (unlike some of their competitors). The customer service is great; never had a problem with one of their delivery people. And their promotions to keep you coming back are a lifesaver when you don't have much money nor time to spend on food.

Grubhub treats their customers well. Congratulations Grubhub, you've earned my loyalty; I don't think I'll be using any of your competitors any time soon.

Also, what's up with all the obviously botted 1 star reviews? Like it isn't even hard to tell lol.

Wanted to order Taco Bell. Grub Hub estimated 35-45 minutes. Placed order. Estimate immediately changed to 60-70 min. Got an update that order would be about 20 minutes longer. Okay. Checked again and order would now be 90 minutes from order time. I called the delivery driver and he said he had an emergency and they're giving it to someone else. He said it would be a long time... it had already been about an hour and a half. Five minutes later we got a text saying our order has been cancelled because it's taking too long. Do not waste your time with this horrible "service". Thankfully, we had some food in the freezer to zap.

I was disrespected by one of their restaurants and this stupid $#*! Amy is telling me she can't give me a full refund because they gave me a refund for my missing item! White people is so stupid if I ever meet her I'll make sure I'll beat her $#*!! I've had enough, every time I order it's always something they are unprofessional and taking people money and think they can get away with it! I'm going through my bank to get my money back. She a manager and the $#*! is so unprofessional! Do not eat from them!
