This was my first time ordering with HFS so as i have been let down and lost money to companys in the past i was nervous, BUT i had no need to be they were professional, genuine, helpful, informative and great communication right up to confimation of receiving my goods, wish i had found this company years ago but i am very happy to have found them now and will be a customer to no other, many thanks Amanda Moody.
I have purchased from this company and had a very good experience. Very good communication and very pleasant to deal with. It did take 21 days for the product to arrive
Last order, WICH WAS INSURED, was placed on Nov 21st, shipped the day after, and never showed.
I was informed on Nov 26th that the tracking platform had changed, given new tracking references that NEVER worked, and told FOUR TIMES that you were sorry but were taking care of it and re-shipping the goods.
FOUR TIMES, between Jan 2nd and 27th.
And no delivery or follow-up thereafter.
This was my fourth order with happyfamilymedstore.com and I'm very disappointed since the first three went well and smoothly.
