“The WORST customer service imaginable”

Verified purchase

Nearly placed a $500 order online because it says items available for delivery in 5-7 days. Called to confirm just to be sure and what a surprise my intuition was correct. Neither of the two items were even available anymore to be sold. I'm glad I avoided that bullet by rightly putting zero faith in this company.
