I've been a customer's of Harry's for many years, and have rarely been disappointed. Their customer service is also tremendous and went the extra mile for me the one time I had and issue (and not of their doing). I just ordered replacement blades, which they say are even better than ever, but haven't tried them yet, but they appear to be the consistent high-quality I have come to expect. The deliver of this package was far faster than expected, so kudos for that as well.
I really appreciate being able to get quality razor blades at a reasonable price. The only quibble I have is with the packaging, which looks lovely but is unnecessary and goes straight into recycling.
If you need razors, why pay a fortune for them. Great quality and a great price at Harry's. This is the company you need to make your first choice. I've been purchasing my razor blades and I will never buy those "other" brands again.

I did not like the store delivery of razor blades, so the idea of a regular supply at a decent cost was very good. Great blades, can always switch to a new one without paying $40 a yuuuuuge bunch or $17 for the wrong brand at the store. The body soap is fantastic. I thought, "Surprise for $5? Has to be good." My wife loves it too. She "shares" them, if you know what I mean.
Had 3 boxes sent to me over the subscription plan and they were just very rough to use. I usually don't consider my skin very sensitive but with these I was constantly having issues.

The shave is a little different than your high end store bought razor. But I quickly got used to it and will never go back if I can help it. My wife and I share a razor and they still seem to last a long time. I have the auto ship on the longest setting and we still don't go through them as fast as we could. This allows me to keep the razor in use sharp and replace more often, thus skipping the frequency of cuts. Bottom line is the blades are better and last longer than stuff at your big box stores.
I've been subscribed to Harry's for months and it has been nothing short of spectacular. Originally I purchased a subscription plan based on razor blades, the 2-in-1 shampoo/ conditioner, and stone body wash, but recently had it changed to add more products. The scents smell amazing especially the peppermint 2-in-1. The customer service is phenomenal as well. Their customer service is there for you to help you make recommendations or even alter your plan when needed. I love everything about Harry's!
They take a while to ship out products and when you inquire about it, they give no response. I won't be doing any more business with them. I knew I should have purchased another fusion, which I would have been using it now. Anyway, cheap isn't always good,

I have tried some other online Men's grooming products and none come close to the ease of use and care that Harry's products do, From the ease of the sharp, comfortable shave experience to shaving cream and skin care, each product stands far above the rest. No razor can give you a close, comfortable shave that is silky smooth and refreshing. Other products are overpriced for the quantity received or miss the target of men's grooming products.

I am 72 years old so my skin is not as tight and flexible as it once was. I have been using Harry's products about 3 1/2 years now and could not be happier. I like the blade quality, the handle, and especially the flexible head. My face feels cleaner longer, and I don't have to shave but one time each day. May I add that the shower products are also great. One last thing, having these products delivered to my door is a great convenience, it saves me time and money. I get all this for a great price, what more could I ask.
My husband had been bugging me to try Harry's razors forever. I kept putting it off, because you see ads everywhere and ads on Facebook and usually those type of things turn out to be junk.
I am happy to say Harry's is not junk! So far they have been the best razors my husband and I have owned. He started off with his first to see if he liked it and then I stole it, so we bought myself one!
The razor heads are always delivered on time and right when we need them, so no more "oh crap, I forgot razors at the store" moments.
Overall very happy with our purchase and will continue to order from Harry's :)
I've been using Harry's razors for many years now. Love that they come right to your door automatically when you need them. I feel their quality is just as good as the others... and for a fraction of the price. Love Harry's other products as well. 5 stars!
I've been using Harry's products for a year or so and was a huge fan initially. As one other reviewer recently mentioned, unfortunately I too have seen a recent lowering of product quality. Specifically, the blades don't seem to provide the same close shave as they did earlier. In addition, the handle does not have the same strong mechanical connection to the blade cartridge. For example that handle connection is now often not strong enough to pull a new cartridge out of the case that the cartridges come in. I have to pull the new cartridge out of the case by hand and then plug in the handle. I think this weaker mechanical connection could also be impacting shave quality by allowing small cartridge movements & vibrations during use. Please understand, I want Harry's to succeed as a company because your business model is awesome. I'm pulling for you and truly hope you get on top of these quality issues.

The razor doesn't work well for a technical reason. The plastic that permits the razor head to swivel is too stiff; as a result it takes too much pressure to bring the head in full contact with the skin. To solve this design flaw, one must press harder or "swivel" one's hand instead; a rather awkward and not very effective process. Since the handle can't be used with other razor heads consider the paperweight suggestion.
Response to Harry's contact.
While I'm sure your advice is well intended, it ignores the fact that the pivot (plastic) is much stiffer than your competitors, i. E. push it with your finger To expect customers to practice with your product suggests that you don't understand human nature; look at your reviews. Suggestion: Either reformulate the plastic ("softer") or make the pivot point thinner. If you make the change, let me know
The way that the blade head flexes can definitely take some getting used to. Letting the blade do most of the work on its own tends to result in the closest shave! The less pressure, the better. We hope that you'll give it a few more tries.
I have been a Harry's user for quite a while now and actually like their products - mostly.
Customer service has been very good.
The shaving gel bothers me a lot though as it always continues to seep out after usage. Not only wasteful but messy.
They added the under the nose blade and I really do not like it. Like many others out there I thought they needed something but I actually prefer the old blades which are harder to get under the nose but they do not make such a mess at that spot either.
Still prefer this alternative to the other competition so far.
Shipping to Canada is rather pricey.

Gave Harry's a shot as my long time Gillette went missing. High bar for Harry's to reach, but I must say it's the best shave I've ever had with no irritation. I went with the Winston set, which for $20 (look for a coupon!) was a great deal, with 2 more blades, shaving cream, face cleaner and a travel cover for the blade. Super sharp blades and I experience no clogging of the blades. Helps if you rinse it once in a while! I don't think you can do better for the money and I'm not going to try!

Shaving is one of those things that I just didn't prioritize effectively in my life until I started with Harry's. I shave max. Once per week, so it never made sense to go all out with fancy gadgets. Harry's scheduling for shipments and products are exactly what I need to keep up with the task. Also happens to be the greatest shave I've experienced, once I was able to slow down and be more mindful about the process. Thanks Harry's!
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
