We have been with Harry's for a couple of years now. We started out big but then found we didn't need that much. All I had to do was to make one short phone call. I explained we had too much left over and needed to stop. They explained we didn't have to just quit, but we could change the order to better suit our needs. We did, not once but twice; and they didn't get upset.
We love the product and now love the company!
Went for the trial package was shipped 7/26 still not here, continues to be rerouted. When you call they try so hard to overlook the fact, that how it is shipped never gets there in time. Will not recomend to anyone. So cancel your Shave plans its not worth the headache. Cust want the product not the stress. "Harry get it together"
I never run out of a quality product at a terrific price. It has met my needs and I have yet to run out of razors as used to be the case with me. I have recommended it to several friends and family members.
I am completely happy with Harry's products and service. I am happy to refer to Harry's as well.
I would however like to see Harry's expand their product line to include a cologne, shampoo and possibly deodorant. The shave gel has quite a pleasant scent which would be popular in other products.
I am very happy with the blades and the price. The razor handle has developed a crack (possibly from falling from the sink to the floor) which does not affect performance. I am concerned that the crack will get bigger and become a problem.
I have yet to be disappointed in any of the items I have received from Harry's. I especially appreciate the dry skin body lotion. I have tried many products to help my itching back in the winter and this body lotion has been the most effective.
I love the lather that takes so little to cover the complete face and puts the face in shape for a close shave. And the blades, they give a close clean shave without cutting up ones face. I've used them for several years and they give the best shave I have had in my 86 years of life.
I stumbled across Harry's Razors about a year ago looking for a good razor that doesn't cost a fortune to fit with blades. Harry's had good reviews so I had to try it out. I get blades every 3 months and have bought 3 of their razors for myself and others. Love the quality and convenience of the razor and blades. I will never again have to think about using a dull razor because I forgot to buy blades!
I have been using Harry's razors and shaving cream for well over a year and I can tell you I will never go to another razor or shave cream again. Smooth shave and never cut myself. I always cut myself with other razors. The shave cream is next to none. I get the best shave when I use their shave cream. I am a true believer of Harry's products.
I like the quality of their products, and especially the price of the blades. The price is so reasonable that I change blades every Saturday, even though they are good for at least another week! I also like the mail delivery. Just another thing I don't have to think about.
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
