The ordering process was easy and they delivered there product. It seems to me they spent way more money on all their fancy packing and how to shave direction than the product itself. The razor handle is a poor design making hard to shave your upper lip and the razor is terrible. I had three cuts the first time using it and I never cut myself, it felt like it was ripping across my skin.
I will go back to my Gillette razor immediately.
I was excited to try this, but WOW that was disappointing. The trial razor and blade used with the cream gave me the worst shave I've ever had. It felt like the blade was pulling the hairs out rather than sharply shaving them. Felt like a razor I'd used 20 times already. Not acceptable at all. Cancelling immediately.
I have tried Harry's razor, blades and shave cream. All I can say is you get what you pay for. They are two dollar blades, that pull and scrape your beard off. No comparison with Gillette blades. I followed their instructions which I normally do anyway and it felt horrible. Can't beat Gillette razor or blades.

I used a Gillette razor my entire life... I'm 71 now... so that's 55 years. I tried the Dollar Shave Club and that was Good. They sold the Company... and it has since gone down hill. Harry's is Super... and I only hope they don't get greedy, like Gillette and Dollar.

Harry's razor blades are really awesome. Sharp, well and intelligently constructed eg. Extra single blade when you turn the razor over to get the hairs under the nose. The shaving cream is super smooth. The face wash is great before the shave in the shower and the new body wash is fabulous. I love finishing with re face lotion after applying my cologne.
The blades are superior to all the others available in the marketplace. Retain edge longer and have sufficient space to allow facial/body hair to rinse out. Well designed, engineered and thought out. Like the balance of the handle, and simplicity of the design. Customer service is first rate and they always let me know when things will be shipped and my account status.
Harry's razor blades are long lasting and always leave me with a squeaky-clean shave. Their auto-refill program ensures a new blade is always at the ready for me. They even give a heads-up when blades are being shipped!

A change from Gillette to Harry's was initially hard as I grew up with using Gillette products. After I click the tab on Harry's free offer, I was skeptical that another razor could be any better. Well, I was wrong! Harry's has been everything it has advertised. I get a better shave, the blades last 2 to 3 days longer, and it much more economical. Finally, the products I order are department store quality.
Harry's sword-smiths are the best in the business, constantly honing their craft so I have a most comfortable shave. I always get the mystery product with each order so I can try new things and I've never been disappointed.
I love Harry's! I have a quality razor and never have to go to the store! As we all know, razors for women are pricey, now I pay prices like a man and I love it. My husband even uses them now. We are never out of blades and if we drop one, no breakage. Never have to worry about having a blade on hand when time to swap. Best deal ever!
I have tried many, many different razors over the years and none have worked for as well as Harry's for as low of a price. Blades last much longer than other brands, working smoothly and giving a close shave for multiple shaves. They work so well I had to adjust my delivery plan because I was going to receive blades sooner than I needed them! Shave gel also smells amazing and works really well.
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!

We've actually found that it can sometimes take a few shaves to adjust to a new system, so we think that if you change up the angle that you hold the blade to your face as well as the amount of pressure you use (shouldn't need much), then you'll find that the shave improves after a few tries.
