I was concerned because I was billed for an automatic shipment of blades but never received them. I called and the gentleman looked up my order and discovered that they had been returned. We are in Florida and the blades were not forwarded from our Connecticut address. He went the extra mile and discovered that there were two other shipments that had been returned. He refunded me for all three and said that it might be easier if I just bought the blades at either Target of Walmart. He then canceled my auto shipment. I got the refunds in three days and I could not be happier. Bravo from a loyal Harry's customer.
The product is excellent. The time saving even more so. Shopping for blades at my local store was quite tedious given the security measures boxes and the like. Harry's gets the blades to my doorstep in the correct cadence and always on time. Keep it up. I would hate to have to go back to the competition.
We've been ordering razors and shaving gels, creams, etc. from Harry's for about 4 years now and we absolutely love it! The razors are excellent and give a smooth shave for both me and my husband. The creams and gels all smell great - but are all on the more masculine side as far as the scents go. We get everything we can from Harry's and highly recommend it to everyone.
Why would you spend $5.00 for a blade when you get a superior blade at a faction of the cost. I have been using Harry's for many tears now and have recommend it to countless folks who just love it.

I love Harry's. They have great stuff: shaving stuff that looks great and feels better in your hand and on your face than anybody else's stuff. It's priced right, and the customer service is beyond all reasonable expectations. It even smells great (and I'm not crazy about most scents). If I haven't given you a Harry's starter set for your birthday or Chanukah, I'm just not that into you.
I started with the razor and the blades and loved them. Since then, I tried the after shave balm, the face wash and more recently the body wash. All great products. And they are only slightly scented so not overwhelming. I highly recommend the product.
Even though I normally sport a goatee, this being No-Shave November I now sport a full beard. I must admit I cheat a little and shave my neck! Harry's blades, handles and emoluments are perfect for those of us with facial hair. Why spend a ton of money for brand name blades when Harry's are equal (I think superior)?
I've tried several different brands of razors, even the really expensive ones. I'm really picky when it comes to razors because I'm not a big fan of shaving, even though I like to be clean cut. I also get razor burn pretty easily. So, I saw that Harry's had a free trial so I gave it a shot and I couldn't have been more impressed. The shave gel smells great and provides an incredibly smooth shave, and the blades are sharper than any razor that I've ever used. To be honest, I was wondering if the razor was even cutting at first because I felt to tug whatsoever. I am completely satisfied with. Harry's and I'll continue to be a customer of theirs.
Well I was skeptical but I sent off for a Harry's razor after seeing an add. I received the free razor kit two weeks ago and still on the same free blade! I was so impressed that I ordered 16 more blades for $30, have the price of other high tech blades. The razor is a joy to use!

I ordered my first Harry's razor about a year ago. Loved it so much I ordered a set for both my wife and son as Christmas presents. They were both instantly converted to your product with their first use. Recently I tried your shave gel and have converted to that as well. Thank you for your excellent products and dependable service.
I'm very happy with the quality of these razors. For the (1) number of blades per razor, (2) quality of the shave, and (3) period of time they last before they rust, they're great. I was struggling with the common big-name brands at CVS for a while and once I found Harry's, I never looked back. They are both cheaper and superior quality.
Been with Harry's quite a while now and still believe they are the vendor of a high quality product. I see that they are now in several of the chain store however I intend to continue with the mail order service. It has been spot on and very convenient. I can easily change my order etc very easily. Keep up the good work.
I have been shaving for 50 years and have tried every brand that has ever been made. I have a thick beard and need to shave daily... Been using the Harry's system for 6 weeks and I will never use anything else! The only razor that will actually cut my facial hair going with the grain. Blade lasts for weeks... I'm a believer!
Have been using Harrys razor for some time now. Not sure when I got started but am completely satisfied, 100%, with all aspects of Harrys. Have never had a problem. (Automatic refills of blades and shipping + getting a great shave every time. Am a sold customer!).
I have prescribed to Harry's for a couple of years now. The razor blades are fantastic! The single blade on the far end of the cartridge is great for trimming side burns and shaving around the nose. Better and less expensive than the Gillette blades I had been purchasing from local stores. Personally I find the handle easy to hold and maneuver. It is also much more convenient to have the blades delivered regularly. The shaving gel is great, too. I have no plans to ever change brands.

Keep up the Great work and service! Thanks for re -imagining the razor industry & Kicking Gillette in the but. They never did television commercials about lower prices until Harry's put pressure on them. Keep up the teriffic products and services like this for example.
Before Harry's, no other shaving products company asked for my input!
Have trialled these products for several months and have to say that whilst delivery has been good, the product is nowhere near as good as my Gillette products. The Blades don't give as close a shave and they definitely don't last nearly as long. I also have to agree with others who have complained about the trimmer blade, which is a complete liability. When trying to shave the tricky area below my nose, I have cut myself several times and this should just not happen. Also, ergonomically, the shavers just aren't well designed as they are awkward to grip when wet - or at least they are for anyone who doesn't have tiny Trump-like hands! So, any cost saving is simply not worth it and in actual fact there is no saving as the products don't last as long. Sorry guys.
I've gotten consistently great shaves out my Harry's razor blades. I've used other brands. When they introduce the next new product, the manufacturers seem to forget how they made the older products. The quality of the other brands really goes downhill over time.
Harry's makes one razor and they do it well!
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
