I've been using Harry's blades and razor now for a while and have given up going to the drug store to buy overpriced blades by the big brands. No need anymore. I have been a loyal customer for the past few years, I started out with a razor and blade shipment, now I get the shampoo, shaving cream and tame hair products. I stopped buying this type of product at stores because of how all of Harry's products work, if you haven't tried Harry's it is worth giving it a try.
The only thing I like better with Gillette is they named our football stadium! Have used Harry's for a few years and love everything about it. Products are great and service is great.

I've been using Harry's products for about 3 years and have no complaints. The convenience of having a subscription means never having to squeeze three more shaves out of a dull set of blades sure to leave me with cuts and razor burn. So happy to use these products!
If Harry's will continue to offer high quality product at reasonable prices they will have me for a lifetime. As a former victim of uneven and routine product shifts among the traditional brands I would be very happy to never need to go back. Go Harry's. Make me proud.
It's just nice not having to worry about getting razors and shaving cream. Reasonable price and top quality aside, I like the fact that I don't run out and therefore don't have to go to the store at the last minute. It takes a potential annoyance off my plate.
Brought one from Target and tried it out a couple times. It really not doing the job. Just feel like using those disposable razor at the dollars store. So disappointed. Lucky I was able to return for refund at target and brought another Gillett razor that work for me.
Sorry to hear that, John. Glad that you were able to get the refund, but bummed that you never got to continue using our razor. We have actually heard similar complaints like this from guys who didn't get a great first couple shaves, only to find that it can take 4-5 shaves to make the adjustment to a new system like ours. Our blades are set at just enough of a different angle that the amount of pressure you apply while shaving, and the angle you hold the razor at, can actually make a world of difference between the blade *seeming* dull vs. sharp. It's actually quite sharp, but if it doesn't glide across your face at the proper angle it won't be as effective. Hope you'll give us another try sometime in the future.
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
