I have been using Harry's razor, blades, and now its shaving cream. I am very satisfied with the quality and price. Importantly, I don't feel like I'm being gouged for blades. If they maintain the quality and price points, I will remain a loyal and grateful customer.
I had a problem with a can of shaving gel so I emailed Harrys help on the website. They promised to send a replacement can and now over 2 weeks later the can has not been replaced. And this is after at least 12 emails back and forth. I finally got fed up and told Harrys to cancel my account. I realized that I have never had a problem with a can of shaving gel and why start now.
Have had them for years and it's the best razor on the market. I bought some for my grandsons also.
We all use them and can't think why we would ever switch. Shipments come when you want them and always on time.
My husband loves Harry's products. He repeatedly states you guys are the best, saying the blades and shaving creams are so much better than what is available elsewhere. Not only are the products excellent, but the customer service is incomparable. Thank you!
I receive my orders on time, they're exactly what I want, it's easy to change my order if I desire and they don't continually bother me with inane advertising on how to shave parts that a man shouldn't be shaving or other annoying tidbits of worthless information.
I use these razors weekly to shave my head and face. I love the way I can easily edit my delivery without calling its all online! Since I don't have heavy beard growth changing things helps me out a lot. And when I order I get my items with ease and I love the new surprise me for $5! I will keep ordering from Harrys keep up the GREAT work!

I am consistently impressed with Harry's and all of the products I have (so far) purchased. The blades are great. The moisturizers are soothing but not oily. The shaver comfortable in the hand. The scents are pleasant but not overpowering. But I haven't figured out, yet, how their travel case manages to be smaller than my other cases but still hold more. Also, I have always had pleasant and extremely efficient interfaces with the company.
I would recommend these products to all men. After i have been using these products for about one year i must say i am truly impressed. For a professional look you really need a professional product and that is what Harry's provide.
I have been a customer of them since 1/2015. I have recommend you to everyone I know and have also sent a gift set to my brother in law to show how amazing your product is. However the new generation of blades are awful. The blades are rough and don't last at all. My husband loved how smooth the blades were and how after the shave his skin was soft. Now he shaves and the blade is rough and sometimes leaves a rash. They used to last over 3 weeks like new, now after 1-2 weeks I have to throw them out. They replaced the quality of the blades which lured us in to go costs effective and made the product suck. Sometime the quality is better than the quantity. They lost me as a customer.
Really sorry to hear this, Sandra. We actually haven't changed the blades themselves at all. The things that we changed with our new generation of cartridges were twofold: first, we added a trimmer blade to the top of the cartridge. Second, we changed the rubber that we use for the flex hinge, now using a more durable and flexible rubber than before. Both of those features we hoped would improve your shaving experience, and we're certainly sorry to hear the opposite seems to be the case. Please email help@harrys.com and we'll take care of you.
Listen Harry, if you want to keep me, there are some things you need to change. 1. The razor to the handle bends to much. IE, I have to shave with the razor at 90 degrees. Look at the competitors, those do not do that. It needs to be about 45 to 60. Secondly, the handle is a little big to be honest. Slim it down a little especially on the razor side. Lastly, your white strip that has lubricant on it is not that great. Gillette Mach 3 has the perfect one and I would try to get as close to there's as possible. Your razor seems very basic, like a disposable one. I will say that once I figured out how to hold it, it shaved decent.
Sorry to hear that you didn't get a good shave with us, Jonathan. We have heard from lots of guys that it can take a few shaves to adjust to a new system, but perhaps the blades just weren't for you. Thanks for the feedback and for giving us a shot.
I heard about Harry's on a podcast and my dad decided to check it out with the free trial. Even though I signed up for 5 months at a time, what I missed was they send the next package after 17 days! Gmail buried their email in "updates" So they will charge you and send it to you. It's not worth it unless you remember to cancel the very next day. Their customer service was appalling to l, all I wantex to do was return the items and get my money back but she offered no solutions. To top it all off my dad said the shave wasn't even that close! Ugh really a bad experience over all
Sorry to hear about your poor experience. We can't speak to Gmail's "updates" but we do send an email two days before we ship it to remind you to cancel if you wish. We'd be happy to refund you for that shipment though, just DM us your email address.
Not the worst blades I've ever shaved with, but close... didn't get a close shave and they cut me every day. Of the 3, I used them.
They also promise to email you prior to mailing the next batch of blades... nope. First thing I knew about blades coming was when my bank let me know I was over drawn... IF I had gotten the notice I could have cancelled it all... Now I want a full refund for both the "free trail", the blades I didn't want and the money the bank charged me for the overage.
Oh. And they don't answer their phones... seems the staff is all out of the office.

I love it. The best shave I ever had, and I get a lot of shaves out of each razor. The shave gel smells great, clean and refreshing. A little dab about the size of a nickel covers my whole face. I used to get nicks and red blotches around my neck with my store bought razors. Not any more. I strongly recomend trying Harry's.

I have been shaving with Harry's products since they were first introduced in the market and love the blades and the shaving lotions. I used to spend a fortune on Gillette blades and then search around for shaving lotion whereas Harry's supplies me with both at the same time.
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
