This company is great! I am a woman and when I saw the Truman razor I knew that it would be good. And it totally is. And it comes at a great price point! Having a completely modifiable reorder schedule with a notice before shipment email is just wonderful. That way if I need more than what I thought I would I can add it to the order or if my supplies are lasting longer than I expected, I can delay the order a while. I would recommend Harry's to anyone looking for a great shave, comfortable products, and amazing customer service, all for what you would pay for some junk razors from the market.
Excellent products (all of them), reasonable prices, and the convenient regular delivery makes you forget all about the bad-old-days of buying overpriced razor blades at the drug store. Once you try these guys, you'll never go back to the old way of buying blades.
I really wanted to like this product. I purchased a starter kit at Target and also subscribed to Harry's service. First shave was very nice. Second shave had my neck looking like I had some horrible bleeding pustule disease. Glad I did not use this before an interview. I'll stick with my Gillette Fusion 5s -- they seem to be better for sensitive necks...
I ordered from Harry's as an easier way to buy blades. Easier than tracking down the guy with the key to the razors at the drug store. But the last two orders have been wrong. The blades don't fit my handle. I wasted $22.
From the very start of purchasing Harry's razors I have found that the quality of all your merchandise is exceptional. I always push Harry's when I get the chance. Thank you for making a quality product at a reasonable price (unlike the other guys).
I have been using Harry's for a few years now and will never go back to the other, more expensive, brands. The razors lasts me for about a month, and I shave maybe 4 times a week. It took me a bit to get used to not having a pivot head, but after I did, I noticed it gave me a closer shave.

I have been using Harrys products for about 4 years. I have noticed a change in quality.The blades dont give a close shave, and cut too much skin. Side note to other reviews, Don't leave the blades in the wet shower, they wont rust.

Harry's is the right mixture of great products and a great sense of humour. I do find the blades to be of utmost quality and durability. I just like the convenience of my product coming to me like a prescription to a magazine, there is amply time to adjust an order before it gets sent out.
I find that I always have a few bladed left at the end of my cycle, but they last so long I hate to toss them out before their time.
I have been enjoying Harry's razor, blades, and shaving foam for a year or more and I couldn't be happier with the result. The products meet all my needs and the regular delivery of shipments is a great help. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
I previously posted my own review of Harry's razors and have read numerous other reviews... mostly negative. It's obvious to me that people really want to like and use your razors but just can't because of the poor quality of the blades. I keep seeing the same responses from your company... apologizing for the poor experiences. Why not get to work and MAKE YOUR BLADES BETTER? Just asking.

Very customer oriented with any type of question. Very helpful with any of my questions over the years. I just wish we could split between male and female blades. Of course more males than females... one day I will check into this.
I am very happy with Harry's. I use the razor blades, shaver and shaving foam. I get a great shave, and I never have to hunt down razor blades that are normally ridiculously expensive. With Harry's, I get a resupply of shaving foam and blades one or two weeks before I use up the existing supply. I really never have think about shaving supplies, or getting a good, smooth, and close shave. Harry's has made all that possible.
Bought the introductory kit- nice looking but razor quality is very poor. No more than 3 shaves maximum per razor while with a Gillette or comperable I can get 7-10 shaves. Also my beard quickly clogs up the razor as the blade spacing is so close. I think it would be good for a womans legs but the fact that one gets so few shaves makes it not economical at all-Fail.
Sorry to hear about this experience, Chris. Most guys actually tell us they get closer to 7 or 8 shaves per blade, so we're surprised to hear you're only getting 3. As for the clogging, we'd recommend rinsing with a strong stream of water from the back, rather than the front of the cartridge. Harry's razors, shave gel, and service are awesome. The razor blades are consistently sharp and last me ten days or so, daily shaving (though I'm not Susquatch). My only dissatisfier is that one shaving head out of perhaps 20 seems not to be the quality of the rest, specifically the alignment of the blades in the head. It's jarring that suddenly I'm getting pulls or snags with a new blade where the one I used up to yesterday shaved fine. To their credit, when I let them know, they send a new pack of blades.
And batting. 950 is certainly Hall Of Fame performance.

I've always shaved with a Schick Hydro 5 but I got frustrated paying so much for blades. So I purchased the Harry's razor with refills. The first time I shaved with the Harry's razor I felt like I was dragging 40 grit sand paper over my face. It was not smooth at all and the blade to handle angle is odd and uncomfortable. I figured I had a bad blade so I put in a new one... same rough shave. I'm done with Harry's and I plan to try Dollar Shave Club. If that doesn't work out I'll go back to the Schick Hydro 5 which was outstanding.
As odd as it might sound, it can take 4-5 shaves to get used to the way the Harry's blade head flexes. The less pressure that you use, the better! We would love for you to give us a few more tries before moving on entirely.
I signed my husband up for Harry's and we are so happy with the product and service that I ordered myself one too! You get an email before your order ships so you can modify it if necessary and even skip an order if you aren't out yet. Razors are good quality and highly recommend!
Love the shave gel and blades, smells good too. Blades are very sharp and comfortable to use. Gel goes a long way and I get many shaves from each can. Wife likes to used it and has her own razor. Blades stay sharp for many shaves.

Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
