First... contrary to some of the other reviews. I found the razer to be well made and quite substantial... gives you a good grip when you shave. If you have a problem shaving then it must be your own technique. Never had blades rust... blades and cream are both top notch... my only complaint is all my sons use it when it comes in and I run out early. Lolgood product... really great blades...
Harry's products work great for a close shave. The really fantastic part is... the blades are so affordable I change them when I should do my face never looks like hamburger. I really appreciate the delivery too-never have to go shopping in the toiletries aisle and the less I have to shop the more time for fishing!
I was a Dollar Shave Club subscriber. I called them wanting to double my order but only have one debit from my checking account per month. DSC was unable to do this. They told me I could have one order or two, but not two on one account only charged once per month. Harry's isn't only capable of this, but when I noticed my stockpile of blades was getting rather large, I was able to cut my shipment from once per month to once every other month. We'll probably leave it this way for a year or so, until our reserve is small again. I like feeling like the customer again.
Just received my third order of Harry's Shave Products and as usual, the order was accurate and on time. Same "Great Product" delivered at a decent savings compared to the stores... an all around Good Investment that I would recommend to all!

I admit, the first reason I wanted to try a company like Harry's was to get razors for the cheapest price and I had seen many ads for these "shave clubs" at the time. The most important aspect for me, even more than the price, was that the products were cruelty-free and animal friendly. I had never heard of Harry's, but decided to go with the free trial and it was fantastic! Exceeded all expectations and I've been a fan and subscriber ever since. I especially love the option to delay a package, in the event I've been going without shaving and have plenty of back-ups. Superb product and service!
To be fair, I also shave my head, but after one "complete" shave, the blade was absolutely gone. Tried a second shave with it, and I might have done better with a sharp stone. Gillette costs 2 1/2 times more but I get 6-8 shaves with them. Back to the big G.
I have been SO happy with all the products for your company, and enjoy spreading the word to others.
And am loving all the new products - peppermint face scrub, taming creme, soaps and body washes.

Harry's razors are just okay but what made me cancel my subscription was the horrible customer service I received. Harry's overcharged me and kept telling me that I would see a refund in a few days. A week has passed and no refund and now they will not respond to my emails. Poor way to run a business and I think they are running a scam. They keep telling their customers that a refund is on the way when in fact it is NOT. As for their razors I tend to get cuts when normally with other razors this is not an issue. I am going back to the dollar shave club as they have better prices, service, and products. Shame on Harry's for how they are treating their customers. I will NEVER shop with them again!

It is true that any refund takes a few days to register in your account, but if you were promised one and even a week later it never arrived, that's not right. I have been shaving for a long time and have used many different types of products from a variety of firms. Harry's products beats them all they exceeded both my quality and performance expectations. I highly recommend them.

Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
