Harry's has the best customer service that I have dealt with in a long time. There was hardly any wait time and Katie was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I got tired of walking out of a store after paying a huge amount for shaving productespecially blades! I love the value of my Harry's shipment, I love the quality of each product. The title says it allI'm just wild about Harry's
I purchased all three fragrances and have begun using the orange (citrusy) fragrance. I love it because though there is a good hint of the orange fragrance it's not overpowering and it cleans and moisturizes.
Harry's service and blades are actually too good. The blades provide good shaves for a week. As a result, I have accumulated 35 blades in my medicine cabinet. Assuming that I have Internet access to Harry's, I tried to contact Harry's via e-mail too temporarily suspend service but can not find my password. Your response to my request for a password is probably in my spam filter which means it will probably expire before I receive it. Help!

I use the Exfoliating Face Wash the Shave Gel The Body Wash the Deodorant the Post Shave Mist and of course The Razors. The razors give me the closest shave I've ever had. Even though it says they aren't made for shaving your head they work perfectly for that. The products all smell so fresh and clean and are not overbearing. The shave products all work together to give me the best results. I've never ended up with razor bumps or ingrown hairs. The shower products don't dry me out or leave behind any residue. Even the Deodorant goes on clean and dry. I loves Harry's and would recommend to anyone.
TOTALLY SATISFIED... My world of shaving which I truly hate, is now 180 degrees reversed... Got all I need and no need to ever try anything further... Henry has it all, and I need not look any further for future fulfillment. They will keep me fully stocked and never will I run out of blades and the support supplies, and the process, is ever at my fingertips!

I started using Harry's a couple years ago and I loved the razor but lately I have noticed my blades rust fast! I am a Laser Technician and I do Laser Hair Removal, so of course I have treated myself. Having said that, I don't shave my body a lot but I do shave my underarms everyday (just out of habit). Once I noticed the blades rusting quickly I started to dry my razor blade when I get out of the shower to see if that would help but no such luck.
I am super bummed out that I am going to have to start using a different razor because I always felt like I got a close shave. Oh well.

I singed up for both Harry's and Dollar Shave club. Figured my wife and I would try them both and see which we like.
I didn't quite like Harry's and my wife didn't notice a difference, so we kept them both (Her's - Harrys, His - DSC) so we wouldn't get our blades mixed up.
Over time, what we have seen is how consistenly the Harry's blades are covered in rust. They sit side by side in the same shower, and the DSC blades have never became rusty.
Can't wait for the Harry's blades to run out (we were getting way more shipped than she needed before we started seeing this problem). Don't just want to throw them all away, so going to try and dry them with a towel and store in a dry spot in between shaves to see if that helps.
Rusting is always a possibility with any piece of steel, but our blades undergo testing and receive an anti-rust coating. That doesn't mean it will never happen though, so please let our help team know at help@harrys.com.

These are by far the best razors my man has ever used. His skin was so smooth and not a nick, just smooth shaving with ease.
The edger on the top makes it so easy for doing sideburns.
When a product is as good as this I had to share it with others who need a great outstanding shave.

I was a long time subscríber to a competitor product. I noticed their quality becoming more and more disappointing so I gave Harry's a chance. I thoroughly enjoy their razor and shaving gel product. I subscribed to their razor program and received a trial of their shaving gel. Their razors are the best quality. I never knick my face and I get a smooth shave Everytime. Their shaving gel smells great and moisturizes my face for an incredible shaving experience.
I now subscríber to both the razors and gel and won't good back.

Have used Harry's for several years now. Excellent products value priced. I also like that they include men's grooming products such as shampoo, soap and hair care.
I love it. The blades last forever, and products are well designed and look very cool in your washroom. Mystery item was a peppermint face-wash, which at $5 is not a bad deal.

Okay. Why would you want 4 or 5 blades running over your skin? Two is plenty and more than that is overkill. It's a gimmick really. Seem to get dull pretty quickly.

Harry's is convenient, reasonably priced and high quality products. Customer service is great too. Nice to have a razor blade that costs what it should vs. the other companies.

Worse blades I have ever used, never had so many nicks from a blade since I started shaving over 50 years ago.
They need to check their honing machine and their quality control.
Cut myself pretty good on the back of my neck. Customer service stated that it's not for head shaving. They were nice enough to refund my $3.00. WOW. Sticking with the Fusion. Stay away from Harry.
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
