First purchase. Process was easy. There was a Wait on delivery but it had to travel across the country. Online purchase was an easy process. The item was tracked and arrived within 7 days.

We required a unusual size pump gland packing that we could not get locally we ordered this from Hawleys and received exactly what we required within 3 days it was simple to order and service was exceptional
They could supply what we needed
Fast service, prompt delivery, great product, will be useing the product agian in the future,,,, of note the larger size material are harder to find on places like ebay, repco etc,,,,,, some advertiseing of the product would see increased sales no doubt

We ordered 2 lengths of custom size Borosilicate Gauge Glass tubes. Within two days we had these in our hands and ready for installation. We highly recommend HAWLEYS Engineering Solutions.
Searched Google for a supplier of glass tubing for water level indication. We needed an unusual size (19mm) and fortunately, HAWLEYS carry this size in stock.
