Excellent platform, low price, many horror movies... never seen movies I recommend to make the annual subscription, it costs very little... for fans of horror there can be no better

I subscribed with HODTV to access their 30 day free trial.
Subscription was easy, but unfortunately the app on my android phone wouldn't open, and after searching on my smart tv, I was unable to even locate a HODTV app.
So I jumped online and searched 'customer reviews'...I wish I did this prior to subscribing.
Unfortunately the customer reviews were terrible, customers complaining of having their bank accounts debited by HODTV after they had cancelled, and one customer claims HODTV took money from his bank account, totalling a whole years subscription in one single transaction!
To many red flags, so I cancelled my subscription approximately 12 minutes after first signing up.
I posted a 1 star review on another site.
Today I recieved an email from that site, stating HODTV had responded to my review, and were requesting more information to help solve my issue.
Firstly...I dont have an issue, based on reviews of poor customer service, and poor content, I unsubscribed. Its a simple conclusion.
Secondly...the information HODTV were requesting from me was my full name and telephone number.
Why would HODTV request this from a non customer? And noooo, I certainly did not give them that information.
And lastly, HODTV responded with a comment on my review. It was no different to any other comment they had left, with other "EX subscribers".
HODTV's response was rude, aggressive, nasty, and in general...uneducated.
And the overall rating on the other site was POOR with 2stars.
