This is a wonderful hotel. Managers help solve any problems. Really great location. 400 meters from the beach, 10-minute walk from the centre and the bus stop. The pool is good. There's a sports field and a gym. We also like food. There's variety and lots of fruit and ice-cream. One minute from the main street. We have wifi in our room.

Really smart well Presented Staff well spoken. Nice & clean, swimming pool is really good specially if you have kids witch is separate at the back of the hotel out the way of the adult pool so they don't annoy you lol!
The food is perfect, really good quality! Would definitely recommend.
& would love to give a shout out to Mia the Entertainment lady she is amazing with all party's definitely with the children! Thank you for the laughs :)

I really like HolidayCheck. It's primarily a multi-language hotel review platform, but it also has the usual extras like a forum.

The English version is pretty young in comparison with the other language platforms, but even if you happen to find a hotel that has no English reviews, you can still get a really good idea what it's like from the ratings system. I also like that you're able to upload pictures and videos yourself. I've found this really helpful several times and actually once saved myself from what would probably have been a really nasty hotel - looked lovely in the catalogue, but when I checked it out on the site, there pictures were pretty horrible!

You can also book through the site through booking.com or expedia, although I haven't booked personally, just used it to check out the reviews.

But yeah, definite thumbs up! Not the prettiest website, but really great material in there.

Have just returned from the Catalonia yukaton in Riviera Maya in Mexico, was our second stay at this hotel.the staff were great, facilities wonderful and the location was perfect for our regular strolls to the marina to watch the dolphins swimming gracefully, our room was clean and the noise was minimal in the evening, the sports bar was one of our regular haunts where we played pool and air hockey. Drinks were great and our glasses were no sooner empty when the bar staff were filling them again. Had many a good night at the chill out bar, drinking shots with the Americans and generally chatting, would recommend visiting, will be going back

Went to the Emir Fosse Hotel in Alanya, experienced friendly, helpful staff, lovely traditional food in a restaurant that overlooked the beautiful sea views. Music and entertainment and could relax by the hotel pool or go to the private beach through the hotel underpass (beach and bar) Booked a turkish bath (part of the hotel) and had a first class experience by professionals, a massage that could not be compared to any other! Holiday heaven, I will definately be returning!

This summer we ( me and my wife) stayed 18 days. We like this hotel. We are regular guests for more than 10 years. There are many thinks that made our stay pleasant. Location is very nice, in the pine forest, in short distance with small attractive cities which can be visited easily. Hotel is great, good maintained and renovated. Panorama is wonderful. Staff is very friendly. Restaurants and food are perfect. Hygiene and cleanliness are high. The beach is the best in the region.

Excellent staff. Mo and krasun are excellent entertainment staff. Sito is a great waiter and bar man. Christina and Dilly are excellent waiting staff. This is our third time at the Sentido Tucan and the service never fails. Lovely clean hotel and lovely food. Staff all over are excellent. Entertaiment acts have been great. We love it here. I was robbed 500 eur from Augusten Hotel in Munich, Germany. I wanted to leave a review on holidaycheck for this hotel, but holidaycheck just refused to post it, stating that this is "for my own safety" and that they cannot post such review without scanned police report!

I've been using this site for a year now, to me it is very valueble while i can make a better informed decision, i check other sites as well, but ive experienced the reviews on HolidayCheck to be more thrustworthy. I also value the opinions of locals, so i often check the different languages, the ones im able to read ( French, German, Spanish). So far so good, more or less got what I expected on both holidays i made this year.

The visuals/usablity suffices, nothing spectacular.
