Terrible services from Hugo Boss. Never ever!

I decided to buy a men's belt as a gift. I placed my order on January 17, and the estimated delivery date was January 21. The next day, I received a message stating that my order had been shipped. However, when I entered the tracking number on the postal service's website, it showed an error and said that no such shipment existed.

I started contacting the store on January 22, and for an entire week, they kept telling me that my order had already been shipped. After another week, they finally sent it, but by then, I no longer needed it, so I returned it immediately. They received the return on February 1 and notified me that I would receive my refund within 10 days.

Today is February 14, and I still haven't received my money. I contacted customer support again, and I received three different emails with conflicting information. One of them stated that my return was received on February 3, and according to their policy, the refund would now take 14 business days instead.

I have never seen such nonsense anywhere else. This company is nothing but a scam. Avoid them at all costs!

I have already filed a complaint with their corporate office and will be reporting them to every possible consumer protection agency. This is not just about the money—it's about their disgraceful attitude towards customers.
