My teacher makes us do Iready every single day, and Iready doesn't help me learn any math at all, in fact, all it does is makes me me hate math. The servers keep on crashing, and glitching, this site sucks in every way possible.
So for starters this website is sooooo slow and our teachers force us to do it no one likes it. Its so dumb because when you "fail" you have to re start and it is soo annoying this sucks i want to just go to sleep
I-ready. The worst #@*cking mistake the world has ever brought upon. I warn anyone that reads this to not do I-ready. I have lost someone very dear to e because of this stupid so-called learning app. My friend, Candace, hung herself because of this. I warn you, the person reading this, to not do I-ready. This might just happen to you.
This is so awesome, and the games are so fun! On the math games, you can use gaming skills and practice fun math at the same time! The diagnostic is also amazing! I, as a student, love and greatly appreciate them. Would recommend for all teachers. However, the one thing I would want to change is have a brain break for high schoolers!
The fact that you have to restart the whole lesson when you fail is annoying because you already know the answers and you have to go through all of it again. My teacher make us do 45 minutes of iready every week and if we don't she gives us detenton. My school also wants us to be the best because america is one of the lowest states for education.
The talking you put into your I-ready lessons makes it so that the lessons take longer to complete. I think you should make an option where you could listen to the talking or just read the dailogue as if it were an online book.
Hello Reader,
Even though this app was produced for learning, the lessons stress me out. Sometimes it takes me around 1 ½ hours to complete the instructions, only to fail the quiz and have to redo the lessons. Instead of making the person redo the lesson they could just make them redo the questions they missed. Overall doing the quiz could stress one out because the instructions aren't that helpful, and doing the quiz not knowing what it's about is the reason one is stressed doing the lessons. Also the instructions need to be updated, to adapt to one's mind and help them actually understand the lesson. I'm saying this from 3 years of experience, the only reason I did i-ready was because my school forces upper grade to do I-ready lessons. Which is stupid, just like school districts who force students do the lessons.^-^
IVe been doing this for 6 years it's a problem ts repeat and every time I get one chance I fail what's the problem this is bad someone buy me therapy my brain cells are going extinct I would rather be a attack helicopter than this
When your as smart as me, you actually get dumber. The I ready lessons take so long to do. Not only that, the entertainment is so dam boring. Like dam if your gonna make lessons 30 mins long, THEN AT LEAST make it fun in some way. I ready is a piece of bull crap. But guess what? Teachers still use it. Like man don't you see we smart people are not gaining groyth? Also, what is the point of this? No point to do it. Just teach it at school. Much faster and effective that way. The only time I suggest this app is when your doing the diagnostic. Its a legit test. Other than that, teachers, don't let your students suffer for no reason. The dumbest and least effective app in the planet for teaching as of now.
Yes, you heard me right. It sucks, but it's somehow better than whatever the $#*! ALEKS is. But this is a review about I-Ready, so Imma start flaming the $#*! out of I-Ready.
Ok, so, where do I begin? I had to learn from I-Ready until 6th grade and it was hell, the lessons were dog $#*! and just PAINFUL to sit through, and the diagnostics were not even better, the only good thing about I-ready were the minigames and breaks inbetween parts of th diagnostic. Also the intro for the diagnostics are long as hell and can hinder your performance time wise. Also, when you spend time thinking, the clock pauses and you don't get to the goal of 45 minutes. Also If you're reading this there's no 100 character limit so go absolutely Crazy.
Answer: It is a scam. I can confirm that it just wants your money and what you are buying is painfully bad.
Answer: My school made me. If I become a homeschool parent, then there is no way I'm using I-ready to help teach my kid.
Answer: I can share a "success" story when it gets banned, but until then, no.
Answer: Because SOME certain schools are stupid enough to trust a random website without actually investigating if it is useless.
