In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
The grandkids expect grandma & grandpa to have Chex mix on hand. How nice when we find it on sale and with an Ibotta rebate! Bb
I like that I can transfer my earnings to a gift card. Usually do Amazon gift card, use it for buying birthday gifts, etc.

While shopping at Walmart, I scanned an item and the app showed that it was a good barcode. I purchased the item and when I got home I discovered that I did not get the rebate because it was only offered at Walgreens. When I went to Walgreens to purchase the item again to get the rebate, Walgreens does not have the product. Is there a way to get the rebate since I did make the purchase?
I use Ibotta on a regular basis.
But when it comes to me withdraw my money you hold it I try not to cash it to my PayPal account I trying to get to a 100.00 so then I can cash out.help me with this problem. Thank you but I still love using the app.

Don't hold the withdraw from people when this is a good app.
Often I made a purchase based on the ibotta app only to find out it didn't qualify because I missed a criteria in the fine print. Just transferred the money I had to my PayPal account and deleted the Ibotta app.

I'm so happy I joined Ibotta! Although, I don't buy everything that's listed on Ibotta, I do buy some items, and I earn money for buying those items. It does take some time for the money to add up, but in the end, it's like free money! So far, I have earned $149.02. I'm planning on getting a gift card pretty soon so I can purchase a new air fryer toaster oven.

I had an issues with my cash back from Walmart and my cash back with Ibotta trying to be used on one online order instead of my in store purchases. The team was fast and very helpful with correcting the issues, and I received my cash back on the correct items.

I try to scan as I go thru store. It can be a little overwhelming. I may just go back ho scanning receipt once I'm done dhopping

I bought Cottenelle bath tissue and you didn't give me my $3 off. There isn't any way to ask you to look at the receipt.
It used to save me quite a bit of money. But now it is hit and miss. Even if you check the product to see if it qualifies there isn’t any guarantee that the will give you the money they promise

You can earn cash and its like clipping coupons but its in a money form
Ibotta used to be easier to earn money on, but the last couple of years, it's gotten harder and harder. I used to get a few $ back each grocery trip and now I'm lucky if it's $0.25. Most of the Any Item things get declined. It's more trouble than it's worth most of the time now.

It was a Bonus for $2.00 that was missing from my account. I sent in note with the required products that I purchased. My ticket was closed and the money put on my account very quickly. I am very happy with ibotta, I love using it.

SKEPTICAL after first...thankfully wrong. Offers a wide range of substantial rebates at a nice range of stores. Never had problems submitting receipts...amazingly fast rebates to my account. Highly recommend IBOTTA.

I'm really getting tired of fighting you for my rebate. The system scans my items agrees that I have my items then turns around and cuts me short. I rescan and tell you I'm missing cash and you still don't give it to me then I have to go through all the emails back and forth and prove that I bought it what's on the receipt and what I scan repeatedly

Cash back was missing on one of my Food Lion purchases. I submitted a ticket and had my cash back within 24 hours and it was on a weekend!
After not receiving cash back on my Food Lion purchase I contacted customer service on Saturday and received my cash back the very next day including the bonus cash!
