In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Is difficult to submit a picture of the receipts, can't read the receipt, if receipts are long it won't submitted. Easier on other apps
I love shopping with Ibotta! I never make a shopping trip without consulting Ibotta first. I've made about $500 just this year (since January) alone. The service is great! They resolve problems quickly.
I chose Ibotta to make cash back on my purchases.
I Make a list before I go shopping and write down all my rebates for ibotta first. I use the app to see if the product matches in the store but when I get home and scan the receipt ibotta says it is not on my receipt. Very disappointing cause when I scan it in the store to see it the produce is a match it says matched. I have to take extra time out of my day to go back to the store and return the produce cause I will not buy it without a rebate. Gas prices are very high today as well.
Because I like to save money and try new products.

When the receipt is uploaded, Ibotta flagged offers I had missed. I was able to add them post shopping trip and earn extra $$$z
A friend recommended this app and showed me her cash earnings.
I absolutely love doing Ibotta, it is so worth the time involved. My only regret is I didn't know about it sooner.

I made 2 purchases with a total of 18 offers. I did not receive credit for 1 of the offers. I submitted a ticket for the missing item. I received credit for that item but it didn't count towards the bonus. I submitted a ticket for that and had to keep sending emails back and forth with screenshots of all the offers. Still never got that bonus from customer service so had to make another purchase in order for the bonus to credit.

The team at Ibotta are so helpful and always make sure you get the cash back. I love Ibotta it's fun and. I save a lot of money.
I was not given money back for items that I clipped on Ibotta. Very frustrating to buy & them not to honor their coupon.

I use this app almost daily to get great deals and accumulate money to purchase things I normally would not be able to enjoy! I buy gift cards for my kids for special occasions, enjoy eating out at various restaurants, get fun products like Bath & Body items, and even paid for part of a get away in an Airbnb! When I run into a problem, they have had great customer service, answered my questions, and helped resolve issues quickly. I love this app!
I can simply say I was able to find something from my shopping list on the Ibotta app while shopping at Target. I was reimbursed a descent amount and overall happy and excited to continue shopping at many other locations with this app.

This is literally so simple, I had forgotten about it until I got an email saying I had money in my account. IT TAKES VERY LITTLE EXTRA TIME OR EFFORT (very little) 😁

Gives money back by buying things you use daily. Check Ibotta before shopping and it's better than using coupons.

With I bop Let everything that has happened with my account. I have actually been temporary locked. And then it was actually unlock. Everything was fine until I forgot my password. I had to reset my password and for over 3 days. My account, I guess was temporary locked again and then deactivated. I requested help over and over and over. Sending multiple tickets and not a single respond until today.Stating we reviewed your account.It's been permanently deactivated. I filed an appeal thinking that it's an accidental flagging. Spokennoise since it was already flagged. Once and released, and now it's deactivated. And once again, no response from anyone, be careful people.
No respons From any of the actual support tickets I submitted since my account. I was not able to log into, and next thing you know, it was deactivated. It was already flagged once and released. Then it was flagged again, and then deactivated.No help whatsoever.
I thought it was a good service to earn rewards. But The nightmare of getting an actual explanation or any help is even worse.

I bought Baileys yesterday after seeing the $3.00 rebate yesterday. Today I made sure it was still there and it was. I immediately submitted my receipt and it was pending. I checked it again and it said the deal expired. I can't return the Baileys. Very disappointed.
Ibotta rocks. They will inform you if you have missed opportunities to earn and will contact you so you can add offers.
