In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

I choose the items I am going to buy, making sure I have selected them in the app. I go to the store and buy the items. I use the app to take pictures of my receipt and I submit. Easy, nope! Despite the items being on the receipt, not all of my selections are called "eligible." I question the ineligible items, even scanning the UPCs as requested. Sometimes they are accepted, sometimes they are not. I then have to submit the receipt to Ibotta Care for consideration. They sometimes correct the errors originally made by the app, but they sometimes make me jump through the same hoops again. In my past use of Ibotta, it worked smoothly; nowadays it's almost always a hassle. Is that your plan? It seems to be.
Being asked to provide what I have already provided is annoying.
Because the app used to work fine. I like the concept of Ibotta. I appreciate the money that I get back.
Ibotta is great! The set up to customer service is amazing. They are helpful and kind! I haven't had a bad experience yet. Any questions they Re their to answer. Any issues they explain and treat you like you are the only customer at the moment.
I always have to scan my receipt at least 3 times before Ibotta figures out I have purchased items. Too much time wasted trying to collect.

I had an item clipped. It wasn't showing up. I tried numerous times to up load my receipt again so I thought I'll just send it then try to fix it. Every time the item would not show I contacted Ibotta and within a few hours I had the $$.
I love using this app. While not all rewards apply to me, it does catch on to your shopping and will tailor rewards to it which is a fun treat!
Yesterday while doing my usual shopping, I did not notice that the cashier handed me my WIC receipt (not where my rewards were!)
I made the attempt to submit it via paper copy which didn't work (ALWAYS SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!). This isn't their policy, but they went ahead and applied the rewards after proof and pleading my case.
I always love a good (and fair) outcome in a time that is mostly ruled by bots with generated responses. Thank you, Precious P. And Ibotta!

I downloaded Ibotta in the Spring of 2023 and was able to save approximately $110.00 through the end of the year. As of January2024 to July 1st I have only been able to save around $20.00 even though I pretty much purchase the same items.
I have contacted customer service once or twice though I do not remember the reason. I do remember that they responded in a timely manner and was able to resolve any issues.
I originally tried Ibotta years ago but they rarely offered any savings at stores in my area so I deleted them than forgot about them. In 2023 my daughter was talking about how she uses them regularly and had saved quite a bit so I figured I would try them again. At first they were great but after the first year I am slowly starting to wonder if it is even worth my time scrolling through the options.

I bought 128 oz Pyrex laundry detergent and Jose chicken an cheese Taquettos and did not get cash back for them.
I like Ibotta,but I dont always receive my cash back from shopping with Walmart online for items I buy.
I bought 3 el paso products and scanned each one to make sure they were eligible but you did not give me $1 back. Also I bought frozen Lunchables with pepperoni and scanned it and it qualified for $1.25 back and you shorted me AGAIN! WHY?

In my WinCo receipt, there is a purchase of Pork Riblets, that have the store scan bar which should qualify for the $.05 but I got a message that says it doesn't qualify for a pork ribs purchase.
Fast decline of my pork ribs submission wasn’t a match. Was only $.05, so small amount.

I don't think your app is customer friendly at all. I am not very good at all that but i'm sure many customers aren't either. It needs to be much more self explanatory for me and others like me.

I am not a huge fan of Ibotta. I use it but it's difficult and not user friendly. Its very hard to scan receipts and it frequently misses items.
