In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Was denied tyson 12.44 rebate. Was told it didn't match my reciept. I actually scanned the product in store bought 2 and paid 12.99 a bag. I scanned them at home too. Said it was a match. They're on it says TYS CRPY STRP NAE. I am super careful and I can't afford them without my cash back.
I have been using it for years. I have never had a problem as big as this.

Great way to save on everyday essentials and groceries
I am glad for the platform as I can save extra money on products I use at grocery stores I regularly shop at.
I had purchased several products for Ibotta offers a few years ago and when I Submitted my receipt I did not receive all the money expected although the item requirements had been met. I contacted customer service and they corrected the errors promptly.
It has a broad range of supermarkets participating. I also have taken advantage offers by several online stores.
I have been using Ibotta for at least two years now. I love how I can have my earnings go to PayPal.
If I have any issues or missing cash back, I just let them know and they take care of it.
The Krazy Coupon Lady recommended it, so I tried it.
I absolutely LOVE using this app! I have earned so much money back that I have used towards shopping on Amazon! I also like that my family and I have tried so many new brands and foods because of the coupons that show up on Ibotta.

I emailed the help center regarding cash back that I was missing and received an email response and my cash back withing 24 hrs.
Quick response and full description with explanation of why I my receipt wasn't being read properly.
Every single time there is a rebate missing. Every single time I have to complain. Every single time it's the most expensive item that I don't get credit for. Every single time they will give credit but not apply it to a bonus, which I would've received if I didn't get screwed. This is the scam that Ibotta pulls.
This is the same excuse all the time. Ibotta does this when there is a bonus. They only give credit after the bonus expiration so they don't have to give you the bonus.
I've had it for a long time, but seriously considering losing a few dollars in my account just to uninstall this crap app.
Horrible is the best word I can describe ibbott. It seems like lately ever receipt that I scan it goes into a long wait time and the app would say it match the item then say no cash back money found this is very very irritating

I love the weekly deals on Ibotta! It's the perfect way to cut cost on things I purchase anyway and a great way to save on new things to try them out. It's user friendly and pays me back smoothly and quickly.
I contacted them regarding not getting paid for a rebate at CVS. The matter was corrected quickly.

Ibotta is pretty easy to use, especially now that there is a browser extension available. Customer service responds quickly. I've been using Ibotta for years and frequently check offers before grocery shopping as well to save extra. I highly recommend.
I missed an offer on an item. I saw the offer in the app but failed to select it. It was totally my oversight. I didn't realize until after I had already submitted a missing offer report on something else. Only one missing offer report can be filled per receipt. Again, my oversight. I reached out to customer service to see if they could help me. Not only did they credit the missing offer, they responded within the hour and explained exactly what went wrong. Excellent and fast service!
This is as bad as clipping coupons, lots of products we don't purchase or unavailable in our area. When I find an offer for something I buy, the offer is not available for very long. I find this site time consuming.
Give it a try, with prices these days, we could all use a little help.

Throws out gerbs kroger store. Missing offers and credit towards bonus. I am going to have yo quit shopping there as it takes to much time and always Missing offers with few resolutions.
No person, no resolution. Every week issue.

This app is such a headache. I scan my receipt and then it says I qualified for multiple products but then when I check later I see I only get partial credit. For every transaction it seems I have to submit a ticket. I honestly hate it, I feel I have to constantly correct who is ever looking over the receipts.
They have my receipts I submitted and they always ask for it again. I just don’t understand why I have to jump through hoops for them to do the bare minimum.
I won’t be using it much longer because I’m so tired of it

I was given a manual rebate because the receipt didn't work. Extremely pleased with the outcome and I appreciate them working with me on this matter matter.
I had trouble linking a rewards cards to my Ibotta account. They had the issue fixed quickly when the automted suggestions had been unsuccessful.
My favorite rebate app! I've been using it for the past few years and I love it. :) The submission process is super easy and the customer service is always helpful if there's any issues (which is pretty rare!)
Update: Ibotta read this review and credited my account for the 2nd box of cheerios. I am satisfied and changed my stars from 3 to 4.
I submitted a receipt recently for 2 boxes of cheerios for $0.75 back each, totaling $1.50. The receipt was only approved for 1 box. I feel it's no use to contact customer service. I've had to so many times. Once I made an online Safeway order and received the 2% cash back. Weeks later Ibotta said I returned something and reversed the earnings- which was not true. They weren't able to fix it.
Never fixed the issue. Reversed my cash back earning for an online grocery pickup order. Said I made a return when I never did.
I started doing Ibotta in 2016 to earn cash back. I used to use it a lot and shop based on the cash back. 8 years later it’s not as good and I only look at the app after I’ve shopped.
Anytime I encounter a kink in the works, Ibotta's team is fast and efficient at ironing it out and making it right. I've enjoyed many years of using the Ibotta app and cannot say enough good things about them!
