In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I have been waiting on cash back and midweek bonus since August 5th I have over 60 messages back and forth still have not gotten taken care of
Tip for consumers:
I really wish they would actually take care of me other than sending the same messages everyday I need to speak to someone and I have left my name and phone number for them in case they can get it fixed a different way but I have dealt with ibotta for many years and have never had this problem until now

You gave me.10 and from my ham I was getting a1.00. It didn't show up so I sent a message about not getting my cash. I saw where it was added but when I got my message from Ibotta you got money it showed only.10 cents
I love it. I like to redeem for gift cards at the end of the year.
There are times where you buy the limit and they only credit you for one or two of them.
Can not remember at this point it has been to long.
I have used this app for a few years. During this time, I have only needed assistance a few times. When I have reached out to them I have received a quick resolution to my issue!
In my experience ibotta is a fast and solve your problem with any questions or rewards lost, I like the app ibotta
If I don't acknowledge it, I wouldn't receive all my cash back. I had to peril orders. One was $ 6.00 and the other one $ 8.00, but one of them I didn't receive
I can't transfer my funds from Ibotta to my checking account. It keep saying there is an error, but it's not.

I've had ibotta for a few years but in the beginning I couldn't figure it out, but in the last 2 years I've started using it again and it is amazing! I automatically check the app before my shopping trips or randomly to see what's new! When I'm missing anything which doesn't happen often at all they are quick to fix it and respond fast no days of waiting! Definitely a go to for me.
This is an easy way to earn money on things I busy all the time. Even the 1 time I had an issue with an item I purchased, it was resolved quickly with customer service.
The customer support service is very fast, they respond to emails in a short time. My problem was solved, they made concessions to me. Thank you for your attention to me as a client

Easy to get cash back! Dollar General my fav store is on Ibotta. The Dollar General store has lots of convenient location for my family, in all surroundings city's. Ibotta can be used on vacations too.

I purchased the items and scan in store before purchasing the item but when I uploaded the receipt from target Ibotta said the bar code is different even though the the item was accepted I don't understand what's going on?
Because I would love to get rebates for my purchases.

I was missing cash back from a recent purchase. The is was quickly resolved and the amount was updated.
Missing rebates and this isn't the first time this has happened. Either missing stuff or the receipt won't read over the hassel.
Savings on commonly bought items but about to stop using the app all together.
Love the app only issue is it seems to be very sensitive picking up receipt info when uploading while other similar apps aren't as difficult other than that love it

My Walmart app wasn't linked due to system error but the Ibotta agent was patient and helped me get all of my missing offers
Overall, it's been great. The problem is where I live. The Walmart is a smaller Walmart so not all the brands are there but between Walmart and Shaws and Market Basket, I'll do pretty good. It's just there's only two of us to buy for so I don't buy a lot but I'm enjoying it and seeing the bank increase is fun!

Three years now as an Ibotta user. I have saved around $1800 clipping coupons. Just clip the coupons you want and snap a picture of your receipt. The app finds the offers and you get the money credited to your account. Easy!
Customer service is done thru the app. Questions are answered in a timely manner (usually within 24 hours). Most issues have been resolved to my liking. Can't win them all. Overall very satisfied.
