In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

7/19/24 today i purchased the nudges 2 of them for $4 I got nothing and it was the same bag as the picture and discription and I couldn't talk to anyone very disappointed.

I had "4" boxes of cereal two each of two different kinds. It kept totaling two"2" items. Had to redo it 4 times also kept putting in the bar codes for all four

In the middle of one of the big bonuses Ibotta "updated" the app. So now when I submit my receipt I have to scan the item then submit but if I am missing an item or a scan I have to start all over. Don't know if it's just the one store or if it's changed for all stores
It's a lot of emails back and forth. Sometimes it's like the respond without reading what I wrote.
It was something new to try quite a while ago.
Ibotta is an easy way to earn extra cash. The support team is awesome to work with. They are prompt to respond with any issue. So easy to collect your cash when you're ready.
There has got to be an easier way to check if you made a purchase that there is an Ibotta offer. I am always checking for offers, then I will get am email saying there is an offer available that I didn't select, but it doesn't say which one!

I have been using this app for about 2 years. My experience started out good but over the past 6 months my withdrawals had been disabled 3 times. The first 2 times I was able to enable it but this last time it has been disabled for about a month and I have not been able to withdraw any money.
The first 2 times my issue was resolved quickly. This last time, I am still waiting to withdraw my funds and its been about a month.
I choose Ibotta because of all the rebate apps that I have used I preferred getting cash rebates and the simplicity of the process.

A friend gave me a referral after I saw that she had received over $800 in savings.
This app used to be great but the longer I use it the less I like it. After scanning receipts and items you again have to scan to send a ticket to get credits for your purchase. It has become more work to get offers than it is worth.
Takes a long time. Every message is from a different person so it is repetitive and time consuming.

I was careful to buy just what was on the list of cash back and it didn't work. I had to scan many of the items and it didn't work even then. Not worth my time for a small amount of money back.

For about the last 3 months every time I have a receipt to scan for my cash back even though it's accepted with the check mark it doesn't give me my cash back I always have to contact them to receive it, it's really getting old
I didn't talk to them personally but after contacting them through the I bought a app they resolve the issue within 24 hours and I received my cash back
To redeem some of my losses for the expensive groceries we have to buy these days
