In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I bought 3 Camphophenique products-any size, any product offer-and it didn't take off my &1.50 x 3 products. I have had this issue before and you fixed it! I can't even get to the Ibotta problem area of the app to complain about it! What's up guys?

Scanning receipts or products in the app has been working pretty smoothly almost all the time. Their site/app is pretty intuitive and straightforward to follow. Mostly use on my grocery trips, but I have also used ibotta to get a percentage back on online shopping too. Ibotta posts my earnings at an impressive speed. I've had one cash out to claim my earnings, and my redemption came through right away too.
I had my first item that didn’t scan correctly for credit. I contacted the ibotta care team thru their link with as much info as I could. And someone had my issue resolved within an hour on a Saturday. Thanks!
Another site/blog recommended it as a great way to be rewarded for your online and in store shopping, so I tried it out. They have been really responsive so far.
Everything is usually great but sometimes it will ask to scan a barcode that I have already thrown away and I will miss out on cash back.

Numerous times I've clipped coupons and then don't get the cash back. And seems to do this with larger amounts you would get back. Writing C/S foes absolutely no hood they tell you refresh and make sure it's clipped on your next visit...it was slipped this visit and I didn't get it why should I go back again ridiculous even sending screen shots that it was clipped does no good C/S is horrible

I had 6 items on my receipt and scanned everything they questioned. The scan was successful but they keep saying I bought the wrong products but I scanned them before I bought them. Very frustrated with Ibotta today

I have using Ibotta for years with no problems or they fix right away. Today was terrible I didn't get credit for 6 things I bought and not happy 🙃
First and foremost, it's the easiest way to earn cash on things I would be buying anyway... and good cash! Not pennies! Secondly, Ibotta's customer service is the best! Their response time to any issue is almost immediate and the result is always positive. Love Ibotta!

Carlotta the Robot was no help and after 3 attempts to explain, in short terms, I just messaged her to “forget it” and she thought that I was deleting my Ibotta account.
Help with getting credit.
I made a pick up purchase from sams, the amount was over $700. The offer was 4% back, I only got $7 back. I emailed them about it and they said it didn't fit the parameters of the purchase. I it seems that when it's a big purchase they won't honor their offers,just an FYI

First of all, I want to thank the receipt checkers for being so patient with me. I add an item, get credit, then, stupidly I remove the item and it takes the cash back. I have trouble trying to take the picture of the receipts. Wish it could be easier for me. Finally I get it right but it can take me a few hours because I take a break, think about it then try again. I feel Walmart is one of the easiest receipts to submit.
Helpful, and very accurate with the response. They explained it not only once but if I was confused, they explained it in a different way. Once I had money removed from my account for an online shopping with a QVC subscription. I contacted customer service and explained why and then finished my explanation that I would let Ibotta decide. Well, the money was then put back into my account.
I chose Ibotta because I like to try new food items and the cash back is nice. I really like the bonuses because if I’m lucky it can add extra cash. Some of the food items were a BIG mistake but you live and learn. BOGO is a great addition to Ibotta.
I had issues trying to get the receipt to be accepted. Kept on trying and no luck. Then I tried again and it worked. It was an issue with the app.
Now it's hopefully fixed. I was given more money than I was suppose to because of the issues with the app. Getting closer to cashing out soon.
