In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Walmart receipt TC# will not scan, nor will it let me add it manually. It also will not let me take a photo to submit. Very frustrating, especially because of the amount I would have been credited. I don not have a Walmart account to connect and do not want one. Will this be the only way to obtain credit from Walmart receipts
I have been a member of IBOTTA for several years. When trying to contact customer service all I got was auto chat, not helpful.
Most of the time it is great, but lately I have been having issues with "Can't read receipt." And it is getting very frustrating.
A friend suggested it.
I did have issues getting my credits, but the ibotta team did resolve them.

I did 3 shopping trips for grocery pick up and delivery 2 were together and 1 was separate I did what I was supposed to do
I added the offers for grocery pick up and delivery when online added them to my Walmart shopping trip I checked out paid for my orders and went and picked them up
The orders didn't give my cash back 2 ORDERS so I waited and nothing so I did another order hoping to get the money the same day nope my orders was for
July 24th picked up the 24 no credit
July 24th picked up July 24 no credit
July 26 picked up July 26 no credit
It is now August 1st and I barely got some of the money
Now there telling me I can't get credit for some of the items I bought and paid for through the app
The reason because I already bought these items from the first 2 orders
This shouldn't be related on to me making me lose cash back this should be your problem
The app didn't process the first 2 orders and still allowed those products to show as items I could still get money back on for another shopping trip
And why is there expired items still on display for people to purchase and get money back on and then days later to be told it's expired
And I had to write in over 7-8 times to get help

These are not new issues!
This app used to be amazing. Now the products are niche, expensive, and very rarely available in my area. The rewards are cleverly designed to exclude the common versions so even when you get something that you've specifically chosen for the app, oh, it's actually for all these sizes EXCEPT the one that's available at your store. Such a waste of time and effort now.
Might as well talk to a wall. It’d be more helpful and have less annoying copy/paste responses that don’t have anything to do with what you said.
It used to get me a decent amount more money back on stuff I had to overpay my local rural area.

So, this is one of the receipts apps that I actually make money on and not a hassle. If there is a problem its easy to contact customer service and they really try to work it out with you.

You get money for shopping on things you need or want so it's worth scrolling through the app to get free money

I had to reset my phone several months ago, and was no longer able to access my Ibotta account. In the process of trying to recover it, l accidentally created several additional accounts, which violates the rules, so l was deactivated. Ibotta administrators were very kind and helpful in deleting the extra accounts, and reactivating the original, with no loss of the cash that was there. I am very grateful for their time and help!
I am writing to share my observations and recommendations regarding the use of Ibotta. While I appreciate the cashback offers, I have consistently encountered a limitation that hinders my ability to maximize my savings.
Currently, the advertisements displayed on the Ibotta app often features products and categories that I have no interest in or do not purchase. As a result, I miss out on valuable cash back opportunities.
To address this issue, I propose the implementation of an algorithm that analyze each consumer's purchasing history based on the recipts they scan. By tailoring the advertisements to products that consumers are actually buying, I believe Ibotta could significantly enhance the user experience and encourage greater cash back utilization.
This personalization would not only improve the relevance of the offered cash back opportunities but also increase the likelihood of consumers making purchases to redeem them. Additionally, it could foster a sense of trust and value between Ibotta and it's users.
I strongly believe that by implementing this algorithm, Ibotta can unlock its full potential and attract more consumers eager to maximize their savings. I am confident that this improvement would ultimately lead to increased user engagement, customer satisfaction, and revenue for Ibotta.

Had to scan Cracker barrel cheese that was missing also, Hillscher farms lunch meat, and my phillisbury cinnamon rolls that are still missing.
Like the app. But I am really tired of the end less problem with trying to get cash back. Scanned a receipt yesterday, bought 5 lunchables got credit for 3.
