In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Once again, I upload the receipt and several items that passed the "barcode matched!" when I scanned the offer did not go through when the receipt was uploaded. It took me another 10 minutes of continual attempts to get the items I bought to be accepted. I don't know what's happening when the Shoprite receipt goes through, but whatever computer or person reads the receipt is not good at recognizing the purchases.
When I first chose Ibotta, it was easy and worked. Lately, it's been only working 50% of the time and being so frustrating, I've been thinking about changing to Rakuten or some other coupon thing.
Most of the time no credit is given for the products purchased. It's frustrating to submit the appropriate bar codes and still not receive the proper credit.

After submitting my information the customer service center was able to resolve the issue and submit my cash back.

Hello Ibotta Team! I am enjoying my experience with the Ibotta App. Thanks for the bonuses also which do add up fairly quickly to save me some extra dough. My only concern is that I've had a couple experiences where I didn't get cash back for online purchases (Cinemark movie tickets) because Ibotta indicated the purchase had been canceled and I actually did use the movie tickets. Another instance was when I ordered from one of the home shopping channels I also didn't get points because Ibotta indicated the items had been returned. I hadn't returned items. Not certain what's happening there. Otherwise, I would have provided a 5-star rating.
I choose Ibotta because it's easy to use and many stores that I shop at are on the app. The app provides bonuses that enhance money-saving opportunities, too. Additionally, the App posts up products that I purchase from my favorite stores. Thanks for the addition of the web extension.
I didn't get my 6.25 due to the Walmart cash app combine. I bought glue sticks and expo markers 5 of them and didn't get any credit for them.

I love to save and earn cash!
I love Ibotta! It is by far the easiest cash back app that really works that I've ever used. I have used Ibotta for a few years and it is so easy that I have stuck with it. Ibotta also has discounts on foods and products I use every day. I do my grocery shopping once a month and always visit Ibotta before I go to the store. I am not a paid salesman for Ibotta. I am a regular person and I look forward to saving money with Ibotta all of the time.
I use Ibotta often especially Instacart! My ibotta credits more than pay my monthly instacart fee!

Representative processed credits for ereceipts. However, this takes time. Wish process for ereceipts clearer/easier

Unless you use list is packaged items. This is not for you., if you buy a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. You get nothing for it... usually I get money for cleaning supplies and sometimes for meats. Usually not the ones I normally purchase..

Too time consuming, not enough options that I would choose, and the receipt scanner can't seem to read receipts. A lot of effort for all of 10 cents.

I thought I bought a product that was listed and it was slightly different, I contacted Ibotta and they gave me a 1 time credit for the mistake.

I checked in with customer service because my cash disappeared.. but it was explained to me that I just needed to update my password. Once I did that, I got my cash back. Excellent service

I've started taking screenshots of what I've been approved for and how much the total should be when submitting because more often than not I'll be given less than what I earned. Kind of comes across as sketchy to me, but I assume it's just the computers being computers.

I love Ibotta. It's a great way to save money. It's a great way to save money on your groceries. I always cash in fir a Kroger gift card. I love getting free groceries!
