In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Ibotta is getting worse all the time. I'm often missing cash back. It shows the items I purchased and the total amount of cash back when I submit it but then after it has processed, I'm missing cash back for things I purchased. I'm tired of having to contact them to get it resolved. This happens way to often.

I love this app and tell many people about it. They are reluctant to give me their info to invite them so I miss out on ton's of referrals. I've made so much money back it's crazy.
Because of the money back. Why not get money back on product your going to buy anyway.

Hoping to save money
It misses lots of rebates and makes a lot of work if you are actually paying attention to it. I get frustrated a lot.
Sometimes it works and sometimes I have to circle the item on my receipt so they don’t miss it.

Frustrating that I have to spend so much time taking pictures of my receipts and a message comes back can't read receipt. Really tired oif it, problem has to be on your end. Fix please

I purchased what should have been around $19 in cash back & only received $1.03
Was told they didn't show a purchase yet the gave me $1.03 for it...

It's super hard to find items offered. Nevertheless the cash back is appreciated.

First time to use. Very fast and easy. Will definitely more.
I'm very happy overall with being able to save on things I'm planning to buy anyway. But, scanning the receipts has proven to be difficult at times.

For some reason Qty 1 only reimbursed instead of Qty 2. This has happened to me like 5 times now.

My daughter told me about and showed me how to use it.
My purchases made at Target were not shown clearly; thus, I turned the Ibotta support team. After texting pictures of the receipt and items purchased I was contacted by the customer service team who allowed the rebates to be added. I am grateful and appreciate that Ibotta allows these purchases made to help budgeting food purchases. Great job well done!

I love Ibotta! I get cash back on things I would buy anyway! It's a great way to get some extra cash! I earn cash back every time I grocery shop! And that's not the only place to earn cash back!
To see if I could really get cash back for things that I would normally buy anyway.
My issue may have finally been resolved after 3 techs/customer service reps addressed the issue. The last e-mail I received gave me the instructions to resolve it.

I recently started back using Ibotta and the promotions have been great.
To save money
I have been an Ibotta user for the better part of ten years or more. I love this app and live by it! They have the greatest coupons generally higher than others, spectacular bonuses, and options to get my money back before you know it. Paypal, linked bank account, gift cards are literally just to name a few of the choices. The referral bonuses and Holidays special warm my very soul! I love this the Ibotta App!
